Mike and the crew at Grimards are great people to do business with. This shop does great work at very reasonable prices. I wont take my car anywhere else for service.

Like most businesses when the kids get involved this has gone downhill since the father largely got out of it. Have been coming for 25 years and only over the past 3 have i had some bad experiences. The staff is friendly and cordial and i would never have considered going anywhere else until recently. The shop has gotten greedy and from someone who started coming in the mid 1990s it makes me sad

They really treat you with respect. I have purchased multiple cars here. They might not be the best deal in town but every car Ive gotten from here has been quality. Grimmards wont sell you something that will fall apart on you and they take care of you after the purchase as well. Ive always taken my car there for tune ups and oil changes.

I was just recently in a bad car accident, my car got totaled. I tried to go to original dealership that I got my first car that I totaled, and needless to say, they tried scamming me and ripping me off. I got in touch with Billy from Grimards and he was able to get me into something with a cheap payment and a very cheap interest rate. Not only that but I called him and told him exactly what I wanted and he got me into the vehicle I wanted. Thanks to Grimards I have a beautiful 2015 Jeep Compass that I absolutely love. Car is absolutely wonderful with no issues. Grimards is a true car dealership that actually wants to help you get a car not suck up all your money and scam you for hundreds of dollars. I was able to get everything going through a phone call and by the end of the day I was able to pick up my new car. I highly recommend Grimards to anyone and everyone. Fantastic dealership and mechanic. Have brought my car to be serviced multiple times, and have never been jostled on the price or felt like I was getting gauged. Chris always gives me a fair price and I am always pleased with the work on my vehicles. I kinda wish he remembered me better, since I have been going there for years and he always asks if I have been there before, but for the price and workmanship, I wont complain.

I love Grimards Auto and will only take my cars here from now on. Family owned, honest, quality work, what more could you ask for. My low mileage 2012 Toyota Corolla engine had a serious mechanical issue that Toyota knew about but would not repair because my car warranty had just expired. I found a newer, low mileage replacement engine and Grimards did the engine swap for a very reasonable price and the work was top notch. The car idles so smooth with the new engine that sometimes I cant tell if the engine is still running. Im taking my wifes Subaru Forester up to Grimards next week for exhaust work and fluid change. Highly recommend these guys for repairs or even a used car. Special thanks to my service adviser Mike who kept me informed the whole time.

Been going here for the past three years for car service and i just have to say that i wish i found this shop sooner. Mike in the service department has been a god send! The folks here never ever charge you for more than what you need. they always fix the problem right the first time and keep you involved through the process. the mechanics here care about making sure their customers are well taken care of and i will never ever take my car to any other shop ever again. Mike is extremely personable unlike most mechanics these days and is very honest as well. these guys have some serious integrity. After saving up for awhile i was able to buy a car here and i could nit be jappier with it. Ill be bringing the gf back here to buy her a decent ride as well and i recommend everyone do the same. service and sales are number one in NH and i recomend this shop to anyone who has a car!!! keep up the good work guys!!!

Grimards is awesome. Ive been a client since 1977, and have had well performed repairs, and purchased some truly dependable vehicles over the years. Ill continue to be a loyal customer as long as I own cars.

Ive been taking my car to Grimards for over a year, and their service has been excellent as well as friendly, and their pricing has always been reasonable. Mostly, Ive had routine things done (oil changes, tire rotation, state inspection), but I did have to have a new gasoline fill pipe installed and some related work. The cost was just under the estimate, as I recall. Work has always been done in a timely manner. You dont have to leave your car for a week with no response from the mechanic when you call, or when you drive away parts are falling off! Also, last fall I took both my car and my husbands in for wax jobs. They made both of our older vehicles look new!

I will not be bringing my car back here I have had my oil pan and gasket worked on 3 times now and this last time it took 2 hours to fix a gasket the mechanics dont seem to be able to fix anything rite the first time and the amount of problems Ive had with the car I purchased from them is ridiculous and they charged me full price for the car they seem to not care that they have their customers waiting 2 hours with no communication as to wen your car might be done I asked the owner how much longer on my car he said he would check and he just left me sitting in the waiting room with no answer and has left the building I have to say this is one of the worst shops and service Ive ever had I would say do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT!! Come to grimards for a vehicle or for car service you will be very dissatisfied in what and how you are treated and now Im finally leaving been here 2 hours for a gasket this sucks!!!
