Made several mistakes! My car plate was revoked when they knew my car was registered over in MA and the agent blamed me at the end!! My home policy almost got canceled as well and they didn’t do anything! Lack of knowledge! Don’t use them!! They just want to sell and that’s it.

Im extremely happy with Allstate insurance theyre very professional tannis treated me right along with the other associates that office. Bid on the pricey side however Allstate is a top shelf company, and Im extremely comfortable if heaven forbid we ever have to use them for a claim. I certainly recommend them their office is located in hooksett New Hampshire and the owners name is Philip Kelahan. Im hoping we have a long relationship and I see no reason why we wont. That said I highly recommend them. You wont be sorry! Just using a brief example my due date was on the 23rd of December they had no problem changing it to the 2nd of January, and each month after that. They did not charge me any more money to do so. And to me thats called professionism. That said, if you want peace of mind knowing that youre going to be well taken care of I highly recommend Philip kellahan the owner of Allstate insurance.

They charge you for Insurance on property that you do not own, even when you cancel in writing. When you catch them, they are unwilling to reimburse the entire amount. They did it on both Homeowner and Auto policies. Not a very trustworthy company, I would have given 0 stars if able.
