All I could ask for. Communication from the beginning was clear and timely. Prices fair. Extensive and difficult job was completed in one day. Workers skilled, efficient and very polite. Communication with the proprietor was in person. I’d certainly use them again.

We recently had our windows replaced by Island Windows & Doors and had a great experience. When we called, Mana came out right away to talk to us about our options and get us started with a cost estimate. Once the windows were ordered, Mana and his team were great at keeping us informed of when our windows shipped from the mainland and when they arrived on Oahu. When the time came for the windows to be installed, the installation crew led by Anthony, showed up right on time. With a crew of 10, they were in and out in less than 4 hours –pretty impressive given we had 9 new windows. They also had a designated employee with them who cleaned up as they worked so that by the time they left my house looked the way it was before they started except with brand new windows. The new windows are great at blocking sunlight and especially noise. My house is noticeably quieter than it was before. If you need new windows, do not hesitate to call Island Windows & Doors.

The Island Windows & Doors team ordered my windows and they made such a big difference in my kitchen. The windows were the right size and came in the timeframe delivered. There is so much more light and the windows stay clean. The windows open and stay open better than our previous ones. There is a marked difference in temperature and the kitchen is cooler than the other rooms. The install team was great and very professional. I definitely will buy more windows from them in the future.

So much fun working with these guys! They are incredibly knowledgeable about what is out there on the market and what types of windows and doors are appropriate for any given situation. They work with only the highest quality products, so it the decision making part of things if very easy. In addition to working with high quality products, they have managed to find an inexpensive way to get the products on the island and they pass that savings on to the customer! And again, just so much fun to work with. They are funny and genuinely good people.
