Run down but easy enough to find and get your car out if towed

After connecting with dispatcher and giving my info I was put on hold. After about a minute of being on hold I thought I had lost the connection so hung up. Tried calling back for five minutes but kept getting busy signal so I gave up.

Very helpful and great customer service. Most tow places are rude and try to get as much money out of you as possible, but these guys are reasonably priced and take care of your vehicle.

They charge the longest route and claim its the safest. Employees extremely unprofessional and rude.
