I cannot say enough on how horrible Tony is. He tried to take our money and deceived us through a fake listing. Tony is unreliable and untrustworthy. We met with Tony some time back and he did not show up and did not answer the phone AFTER he took our money.Let me guess, based on his defensive responses to all the 1 star reviews, he is going to try to deny all of it by saying its not him, its a different business. For this reason alone, do not come here.They should be CANCELLED!

Im so disappointed with this company, Im moving to Hawaii so I contacted them because I liked one of their listings. I spoke with Margaret, she told me the requirements and I sent her everything that she asked. I paid for 2 applications, one for me and one for my husband, I asked her how long for an answer and she told me a couple days, after 2 days I contacted her again to check if she had an answer and she ignored me for another 2 days. After 5 days I asked again for an answer and she told me that the owner choose another application. I was sad because I liked the apartment, but because of the way she was acting the whole way I was skeptical about her answer also the apartment was still listed in all websites, so I asked a friend to call her and ask if the apartment still available and she confirmed that the apartment is available. My application had all the requirements that she told me that was needed, that only makes me think that she is being dishonest and just taking peoples application money.

Most hardworking crew I know! It’s great to support local small businesses and Tony & Margaret are very helpful, experienced professionals that care a lot about their clients. They are timely, helpful, warm, and go the extra mile. I trust them.

This place is atrocious! I have been homeless since Christmas! When the realtor and wife and son. Came to my house beat me stole my keys my identity money 😠 changed my locks. And phone. Just for starters. I cannot believe people like them just get to walk free and have nonxonsicqences for what they have done. And Im sure Im not the first theyvr done this to. Karma is Real! They better come threw today and make it right with me. Or I will bring deliverance! #PURGE

*Edit*Scam alert!I spoke to Tony about a potential apartment, and it was a complete bait and switch. As we progressed in the conversation, it was apparent that the apartment listing is a shell listing. I called Tony out on it and he hung up.Avoid this REALTY company at all costs. Its a scam!In response to Tonys claim on asking screening questions. Tony went to great lengths to ask inappropriate questions to fish for data. We did not even discuss any showings because Tony refused to tell me whether the listing was even real. Its nothing more than a big scam!If you want to find a real place to live, dont use this agency. They dont have any experience working with clients and they will do whatever it takes to get your money. Dont only take my word for it. Read the rest of the reviews. They dont take ownership on areas they mess up on.

Tony has been incredibly warm and welcoming. He made the apartment process so much more manageable and explained all paperwork to me so I knew what I was signing. As a young adult, I really appreciated this! Moving in to my new place, he has been RIGHT on every issue that I’ve told him about. He hasn’t been stingy about replacing things, but has replaced what needs to be replaced and repaired what has needed to be repaired right away. He is always very kind in our communications and has gone out of his way to be helpful. It is important to him that I feel comfortable in his unit, and I appreciate that. He is a great property manager and a great person and I’d recommend working with him and with this group. His secretary was also extremely nice.

Margret was great showing the apartment and worked with me and the owner to address my specific needs. She is very knowledgeable and very professional!

Avoid Margaret! She is extremely rude and flaky. She was late for my showing, hard to reach for questions, and overall really difficult to talk to. From the moment you are in contact with her, she starts to judge you based on your salary and makes you uncomfortable with her comments. She never replies to voice mail, her text message are ambiguous and hard to understand, and she isnt very knowledgeable about the units she shows. I would choose any realtor in Hawaii but her.

Our friends and I did not have a good experience with this so-called company. They are dishonest people. Owners should not do business with these shady property managers/real estate agents.
