Orkin has been great for us. 1st time using them in Hawaii and we really dont have anything negative to say. Theyre responsive, they call back when you contact them, they describe in detail what they will do and they will ask your for feedback. They come to our house quarterly, and will even come out if I just call and say I saw a bug, etc. Jay and Gil are my Orkin guys in Hawaii!!

Customer service was great! Cindi called me the next day to explain the details of termite treatment as well as able to set up an appointment for a treatment the very next day.The only negative thing that I would have to say is that a spot treatment cost is $367 for a service that took 20 minutes and the foam that they used came out of a can that could be bought online for $35.00. 🤷🏽‍♀️

David was a great technician, good natured, helpful, patient waited for me to catch my cat to get her out if the house, moved heavy boxes for me both in and out, quick with paperwork and credit card, opened windows for me when done, a cheerful natured person. to be helping in time of such terrible stress. I called other companies that wanted to give me an appointment next week and some never pick up phone, just answering machine thats NO GOOD for a hysterical homeowner who needs help now. I talked to Mario by phone who tried so hard to explain things but i was too upset to understand, we laughed about it, he was ready to give me an appointment for next week since it was Friday mid day by then. I begged, pleaded, cried and they took pity on me and scheduled service for Saturday, next day and actually came a little earlier than estimated. I should have paid for their service the week before when I asked for a quote but decided to hire friends to help empty all cupboards, spray the later wash them then wash every single dish, pan and silverware in the house. Be fogged 9 foggers within 2 days and used a good bug barrier spray. The next day the tiny ones were out running around on my counters and Id had it calling around hysterically read lots of reviews of other companies and knew Orkin was no slouch of a company and that a real human answers the phone and they call you when they say they will and even show up a bit early besides taking pity on an 80 year old who couldnt go the distance with doing it yourself and patiently waiting for them to die off after our treatments. Bugs are like a 911 emergency and smaller companies just may not be up to answering your weekend calls, not hiring shady characters with light fingers all of which i read about in other companys reviews. I know 2 families that are regular Orkin customers and they even said You will not see a bug walking around when theyre done. House doesnt stink bad, mild odor product. Second dervice will be in a week or two. I will never sgain fool around with alternatives I now know whose got my back.SylviaNorthshore Oahu

Mr Park is professional who always does a great job in protecting our home. His advice on where and what plants to cut back and how to slow down the ants is invaluable. It is also nice that he speaks Korean which allows him to speak to Halmony, the matriarch of the family. Since we began using his services our insect problem has gone down by 99.99%.

Did not notify me of arrival and showed up randomly. Did not greet me. I moved into my house in July and seeing that we had cockroaches and ants really bad they came out with one treatment and I started seeing the cockroaches come out within a week I no longer seeing cockroaches their customer service is top of the line the man who services my home is absolutely excellent very friendly and professional.

Our primary contact person is professional and responsive. He asks about our concerns and really listens to my responses to do best follow-up treatment possible. Jason does a great hob and the one time I needed to call the office, I got a quick reply. We are very pleased with our service (and effectiveness) with Orkin.

Would be 5 stars except for their mainland customer service. I tried for a month to get a callback for a quote, talked to their customer service, filled out the online form, etc. with no response (and I work just down the street from their Kalihi office).Finally I called again and received a callback that day. Charles was great; came to my jobsite and was able to do the job the same day. I appreciate the polite, prompt service and will definitely call if I need them again.
