I am giving 2 stars because Dr. Kai was compassionate and patient. However, my sons Boston Brace did not correct his spine in-brace AT ALL. This was discovered through another doctor, and when I asked about it, I was treated horribly. Summer, the office manager, did not want to hear that it may possibly not be working. She insinuated that I was putting it on him incorrectly (which I wasnt, we did go back for an adjustment with Dr. Kai), and said that I wasnt following the protocols. The protocol was to wait for 4 months to get an in-brace x-ray?!? So we would have wasted 4 months in a brace that didnt work? And when I asked about a different kind of brace, specifically a Cheneau brace, Summer told me that there was no way to get one here. That was incorrect. My son now has a Cheneau brace from Shriners which IS correcting his scoliosis in-brace, as it should. They also verified that the Boston brace was not correcting anything.Instead of listening to my concerns, I was made to feel that it was my fault the brace wasnt working. I am so glad I listened to my gut, got a second opinion, and found care providers who took my concerns seriously.

I have just received the BEST DAMN Orthotics ever!!!I have worn orthotics for better than 20 years and Ive even worked in the field, but between the fitting/molding and the actual finished product....I am very impressed and my body is extremely happy!!!
