Note: salon located *inside* Don Quijote on the right as you walk in.Didnt have an appointment and this was my first time here, but I was pleased with the Spa pedi and regular mani done by Nanami (七海). She was very sweet and thorough with cuticle care, sugar scrub and massage.The salon has a nice selection of nail color to choose from and it appears they stay current and provide good nail art. The prices were very reasonable and Im grateful I was able to walk in. Definitely a place Id return to if Im in the area again.

Love this salon the hours is Awesome!! Especially if you work in the evening or if your a mother perfect for when the kids fall asleep. Japanese Style art as well... $$$$ pricey but personally I think its worth it.

Well 2020 sucked, and I found myself really needing to escape on Christmas day. To my surprise - Pure Nails was open and had availability. I was so happy; getting my nails done was just what I needed. The salon was decorated really cute for Christmas, and Trang was my nail artist. She was super nice and really paid attention to detail and did a great job on my mani and pedi. (Everything was really clean and wiped down immediately after use too.) It really turned around my whole day. :) I will continue going to Pure Nails from now on and have told everyone I know to go there and see Trang. xo

MJ SLAYED my nails. I showed her a pic and she took her time and made crisp clean lines replicating the photo to a near perfect match. My pedicure specialist (I didnt catch her name) also took her time and worked wonders on my post covid feet. She assisted in finding colors I would enjoy and painted my toes beautifully. I am a VERY satisfied customer. I will say the prices are a bit higher than your average salon at every other corner nail salons but in my opinion it was well worth it.

The best nail salon on the island. They do Japanese gel and have the best attention to detail.

The technician was very nice and polite (I wish I could remember her name). I’m not exactly sure what wasn’t right, but my gel nail polish didn’t last a week. There was another lady who worked there who wasn’t very nice when I was trying to explain what I wanted. She just told me I was getting what I asked for. Between the quality of the gel and the lady, I won’t go back there.

I get my pedicures here and I feel so comfortable here. The technicians speak Japanese, and the service is very quick and friendly. They are open from early morning to late night, making it convenient for any time youd like to get your nails done.

I was up in Honolulu during a time that my husband was having surgery. I was in need of a fill and a pedicure during my stay and while looking at Pure Nail’s website, I chose them. Well, their website was truly misleading. After spending over $150 for a pedicure and fill, the pedicure was was fine. However, the fill was horrible. After only 10 days, 3 nails came completely off, tearing off my real nail underneath. I have no idea what type of product they use but I will never go back nor will I ever recommend this salon to anyone. My nail tech in Kailua Kona can do a fill on my nails that will last 6 weeks or more without any lifting.....10 days from this salon and I already lost 3 nails with 2 more already lifting. If I thought I could get my money back, I would most certainly try!!!After receiving your response (placed by an unknown employee), I contacted your company as advised to at approximately 1330 on 12 December to speak with the Owner. After speaking with 2 different employees, neither one had any idea about my review; neither one had any idea as to who may have responded to my review; and finally the second one agreed to take my number to have the owner return my call regarding the “proposed refund.” As of 2123 this evening, no return call has been received from the owner to resolve this issue.

This place was an emergency! I had so much going on that I had forgotten to do my nails, and my wedding was the day after. I called in to set an appointment because we had plans for that day so it had to be late in the evening. My appointment was at 9, but called in to let them know Ill be running late. They recommended a 10oclock appointment so Im not rushing. I get there at 950, and I wasnt helped til 11. An hour after my appointment. The girl who did my nails was nice & precise. When she heard that my wedding day was the next day she was very considerate and asked another attendant to help with my pedicure so I wasnt there all night. I got gel fills, French tip, and a little glitter lining. It all came out to about a hundred.My problem is not committing to the appointment time & the pedicure shouldve been less than what I paid for. I had an okay experience.

Very detailed service compare to other place and Reasonable price.

I was running late because of a bad accident on the freeway, and told them on the phone that I would be about 15 minutes late, and asked them if I should still come in or reschedule. They told me it was okay to still come in, and that they would wait for me. I made it there in 15 minutes. When I got there, they canceled my appointment, gave my appointment to another customer, and told me it was because I was late. I told them what they told me on the phone, but they told me to wait, and they will squeeze me in. I waited, because I thought they would give me a good manicure. I got the basic manicure. Unfortunately, the lady did not do a good job. She didnt clean my cuticles good, and my nails were filed unevenly. She didnt soak my hands in solution, so getting my manicure was very painful. She asked me if it hurts while she was cleaning, I said yes. She continued on. My fingernails still hurt the next day.I tried to tell them that they should have told me on the phone they canceled my appointment, I had family things to do right after. I dont think the owner understood my complaint.

Must be a new owner or something but disappointing experience..paid over $100 for a basic pedi and gel mani because the pricing wasnt thoroughly explained to me. Used to come all the time but never again. Will stick to Manoa Nails where i get my pedi/gel mani for under $60 and THATS with a french mani fade.

Its now a lot smaller after their renovations and the nail technicians dont exactly make your nails the way you want them to. Also they dont really real in acrylic but the specialise more in gel

It is better to compare the quality and design of other stores with the quality and design of this store on SNS or in stores.Some staff will give you very beautiful artistic nails. However, there are also staff who do illustrations and designs like graffiti. Who you hit is roulette!It is the stores responsibility to provide ridiculous things, as long as there is a charge.

I just wasted transportation expenses. Even though I took the time to go there, it was a very playful response.I should have seen the reviews here before I went, not now! !! !!This was the first nail salon in my life.There was a staff member who couldnt serve nails properly before, and I felt very sick, I didnt nail, and of course I would never go again.The store is quite small.The clerk may be familiar with nail art, but think more about the customers position.If I hit the other staff, Im sure I wouldnt have thought like this.There is no explanation of what to do today, just decide the color. I came to a nail shop for the first time to do gel, so when I asked him to explain, he had an annoying attitude, tone, and intimidating. Choose from here. But I dont have the color I want to do. ..At the time of reservation, the manicure was not a single color, and the length of the day was decided, so I was talking about wanting to do penicure with gel, but todays receptionist said, Choose a color from here. I only say. I visited here without knowing that my nails were hard gel, and Asami-san carefully dropped them. Since the reservation time was full, I visited the gel nail treatment the next day and asked Mr. Saori to do it.Everyone was kind and polite, and the nail technique was excellent. I decide to go here in Hawaii.

It is a salon where some Japanese people can speak Japanese.I took the two grandmothers of the first nail experience and performed it.I am very happy to finish it very beautifully.
