This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I feel sick every time I think of it or pass the building. The mediators managed to take a moderately good, communicative relationship /situation and turn it in to a yelling, swearing match stoking lots of hard feeling. The mediators were not objective and very obviously favored one side. They were not sensitive to our needs or to our desire to come up with a fair and equitable solution. They were pushing their own vision of how things should be settled. HORRIBLE. Stay away!
