Gym is in easy-to-find air-conditioned location, with plenty parking, good clean mats, tidy bathroom. Classmates are friendly, helpful, and just as hungry to learn. This organization is phenomenal! I have watched my grandson grow from a shy cautious little boy to a confident, young boy with strength and self control but with a caring, compassionate sense of self. The teachers are more than instructors. They are mentors who work hard to instill confidence with a strong set of ethics in developing mindfulness of what the body and brain can do together. Never would I have imagined that this is possible through this discipline with children this age! I highly recommend this center and these people.
