Scheduled a cleaning on my last day on the island while moving back to mainland. Sal did not show up, would not return my calls or messages that I sent via both messenger and text. We had to scramble to clean the place ourselves and still try to make our flight out. Not the way I wanted to spend our last day on the island, not to mention I have physical limitations so there was a reason I needed a pro!

I am rating this bussiness as 0 star because I made a Appoiment with (Sal Hernandez) for a Saturday at 9am. I texted him at 8am he did not respond, I called him at 9am still no answer. I waited for a call back and nothing. This only come to show that his bussiness means no bussiness, I am really disappointed because I had to clear my schedule for this particular day so he could do my carpet. This bussiness is not puntual and irresponsible.

Can I give ZERO stars?!? My husband schedules with Sal Hernandez of Kj Solutions in Honolulu for a move-out clean a few days ago. We are staying in Hawaii Kai while our house is empty for our move and hit some traffic, delaying our arrival to our home by 15 minutes. We called and left a message, to which he returned our call (not listening to our message) and we informed him of our 15 minutes late arrival. He replied ok and that was it. We arrived at 8:20 (our scheduled time was 8 am) and waited. And waited. And waited. And then, I called for the first time while we waited, at 9:10 and left an understanding-but-youre late message. No reply, I called again at 9:35 and left a message. After searching for the listing about the services and realizing IT HAD BEEN DELETED, I called again and got a the phone number you have called has been disconnected message!!!!! I am sitting in my empty home with two young children trying to figure out what to do and how to scramble for a last-minute cleaning from someone else in time for our final walk-thru. To say I am livid would be an understatement!
