I contacted Kanzo with Imagine Web Creation who replied back regarding doing a Japanese version of our website minus all the programming and booking solutions as we have all custom made solutions so we just needed front end design work and Japanese translation. Kanzo said he would be happy to quote on the job and wold supply that in 1 weeks time. No quote was provided, a month later asked again if they were submitting a quote on the job they said they wanted but again zero response. Not professional at all and zero aloha. Go elsewhere or you may just waste your time with this company.
