These folks have left an abandoned commercial shuttle bus in a residential neighborhood. The license plate expired back in Aug. of 2020, and its been vandalized. This attracts an unwanted element into an otherwise peaceful neighborhood. Come pick up your abandoned shuttle! HPD has been notified.

Today I observed their vehicle over take 2 cars on a double solid line well over the speed limit. It almost looked like the driver was trying to catch up to the other vehicles ahead? It is one road in and one road out up on the North Shore so Im not sure what the rush was but I did observe children in the vehicle. I dont think their parents would have been happy if they saw this! I would not book with this company for safety reasons!

The driver was literally the worst. He was at least fifteen minutes late for our pick up, lied about where he was when contacted by our concierge, then drove like an insane person. Van was stained and filthy all over the ceiling which begs the question, how? Then the return trip was equally late though the van was not filthy. That driver refused to acknowledge us, answer any questions, or respond to us in any manner. Regardless I was planning to tip some amount because I assume this is how the drivers make a living. However, as we exited there van and I went to tip the driver by getting cash from my wife the driver literally yelled at me “you need to learn to tip next time” slams the door and drives away.

Horrible don’t take them! I went to stop 15 minutes before, no shuttle showed up. I called and the woman Says the bus came and left. They used a different shuttle and no name tag on the stupid shuttle. How the heck do you expect visitors to identify the shuttle. Don’t use them and their not on time

We had the most enjoyable trip. Our driver Cal was amazing, courteous, friendly and then some. It made the end of the holidays that much more wonderful.Thank you Cal!!!!

I scheduled a pick up when my plane arrived on time I went straight to the pick up area. When I called I was told the driver would be back 30 minutes or less and after waiting over an hour to be picked up I went to another shuttle service who picked me up right away. Its was completely unprofessional and when I kept calling back for a new eta I had to call back to back 2-3 times because no on was answering. I do not recommend them at all

Picked up on time, was nice and curtious. Nothing fancy or extra, good reliable ride service.

UNSAFE DRIVERS WITH HAWAII SUPER TRANSIT (SCARY)The Driver Nui Loa ran LOTS of red lights putting passengers lives in danger! At one point he miss dropping a couple off at the airport and tried to back up in the wrong lane into oncoming traffic to drop the couple off. When a mistake is make he WILL use profanity. We were afraid for our safety and have since reported this driver to the Hawaii Super Transit and playfully they will address this problem! this was during our stay at the Hale Koa the week of July 11th, 2016

Such a unwelcoming company a good word to describe the company No ALOHA SPRIT!!!!!

They get the job done, but not personal or prompt.
