Lee-Ann has been coaching me to ditch diets and instead practice mindful eating and mindful movement. It took months of practice for me to “reset” my mind and actually listen to my body instead of my cravings. But now, I’m losing weight and it feels effortless. I’m not counting calories, I just stop eating when I’ve had enough. If I’m hungry, I eat. I crave healthy food. Don’t get me wrong, I still indulge in a piece of chocolate or a dessert here and there, and I do it without guilt because I know an occasional treat won’t derail me. I feel like my body is settling into where it’s supposed to be. Lee-Ann is so much more than an awesome personal trainer, she is my total wellness coach!
Working with LA was one of the best decisions Ive ever made! She is honest, kind, compassionate, positive and encouraging. Very easy to contact and flexible with scheduling. I looked forward to our workouts, and especially liked her ability to work anywhere, in a gym or at my home. I learned so much from her, and still think of her as a friend. I highly recommend her, especially if you are looking for someone experienced working with people with illness/physical limitations. She will help you find confidence in yourself!

Lee-Ann is a knowledgeable fitness trainer with extensive experience in working with professionals who have physically demanding jobs. As a equipment manager, I’m required to work with and transport heavy loads, bulky items and odd sized materials. With her training protocol, I’ve been able to increase my functional and core strength keeping my body, especially my low back sound and stable. I’ve dealt with low back pain for many years now; but, finally, after including core specific exercise into my daily routine, I’ve been able to keep my back pain free.
Lee-Ann is the best! She truly cares about her clients and every plan/routine is individualized. Lee-Ann helped me actually love working out and finding balance. Bonus... Lee-Ann Watanabe has been my Trainer for 5+ years. She is the only trainer I have ever work with. From the beginning she knew what I needed and over the years of my ups and downs she has continuously modified my workout whether due to a physical issues or due to travel breaks.
