Best Glass Replacement Shop on Oahu! Extremely nice over the phone and helpful setting up appointments. Professional, courteous and friendly. I always look forward to encounters with them. They helped me out with my window after my car was broken into 3 weeks ago. They installed the crash wrap in the meantime before my window part arrives. Cant say enough nice things about these folks.

My car got broken into on a Saturday night and Sunday was a holiday so everything was closed. I called probably 15 shops from Honolulu through Ewa Beach first thing Monday morning and Ace Auto Glass Ward was the only one that 1) had the correct part for my Hyundai and 2) was able to fit me in the same day. Cost for my left rear drivers side replacement was around $280, which was cheaper than what other places had quoted me (over $300). I dropped my car off at 11:30am and took a Lyft to a shopping center to wait it out. (Theres NO waiting area but many things within walking distance. I just didnt feel comfortable walking around after my car got broken into in the same area). It was ready at 3pm. I think thats a bit long but they did tell me they were really busy. Definitely would come back and recommend to a friend!

Great customer service, estimate given right away, window in stock and appointment made all in one call.Dropped car off on the a.m and car was ready 2 hours later. Price quoted didnt change and they vacuumed the broken glass.

Great service. 2 day turn around replacing windshield on truck. Tiny parking lot. Construction of P3 of tramway didnt help the commute of getting in there.

Super easy to deal with. Location was close to my work so I just dropped it off in the morning and picked it up at the end of the day. There was a mix up with the windshield I needed, but they worked it out and made it right. Definitely recommend them.

Back in 2017, I had to install new door window after someone broke it. Searched for business who can install new window and found Ace Auto Glass. They were fast with their work but hope they are being more careful with customers vehicles. After service, I found oil stain on my car seat.
