I was very pleased with the work done by Hawaii Junk Removal. They were very professional and did the job quickly. I almost filled up the whole truck but they were so good about taking away all the junk. My neighbor even commented (she was watching them work) that they did a beautiful job and cleaned up nicely. I had Lome, Jimmy, and Matt come by my house and pick up a very broken washer and the partner dryer. It was last minute due to personal circumstances and they were able to accommodate. They were very efficient and courteous. The dryer, although over 10 years old was still functioning and they said they would try to repurpose/donate it, which I love. Best junk removal service on the island!!! We had some very old, very heavy, printing press machines from decades ago that we needed to get rid of to make space for our newer machines. Carlos came in to take a look at them and said they could get rid of them all on the same day! They were quick, reasonable, and really nice guys. Well definitely be using them again.

The staff office team first called to introduce themselves and explained what to expect when comes the date of removal. Second the staff in charge for the removal called to confirm on the day of removal. There was 3 young guys very friendly and strong. They reviewed around my home what was to be removed. Immediately they went to work lifting and carrying out everything doing all the work. We just stood their pointing things to take. In fact they even stopped us telling us to stop and to let them do the work. They were funny and extremely accommodating to what we wanted that day. They swept and cleaned up any dirt was left while taking things. I appreciate their thoroughness and tentativeness to the removal job. It was fun having guys that’s also had a great sense of humor which made the process less stressful during our move out and clean process with the company guys. The price was also very reasonable, considering I’ve called about 6 others and they were way more pricey than this company. I would definitely use them again and certainly I highly recommend them for your junk removal. They do all the work while your hardest work would be to just your pointer finger haha.

These guys were awesome. Not only on time and friendly but professional and organized. They assessed their path from my condo elevator to their truck, the size of the elevator and my stuff. Once that was done, boom they were finished before I knew it and cleaned up the ancient and ferocious dust bunnies that had gathered under some of the items. Amazingly efficient!

Made appointment via text and they were very responsive. Appointment confirmed within 15 minutes and they were able to fit me in the next day. Carlos and team removed a very large hot tub for me. They had to cut the hot tub in multiple pieces to remove and did so within 15-20 minutes. They were in and out within 45 minutes. Very quick, clean and reasonably priced. Very happy. Excellent! They were able to get a pick-up scheduled with only about an hours notice due to some scheduling conflicts with the building elevators. The tech was knowledgeable about the building, parking, and area. They arrived near the beginning of the scheduled window and called with an accurate arrival time 20 minutes before. They were extremely careful removing items not to scuff the walls or floors. They were still in and out within a half hour. The billing was easy and accurate to the price quoted when they arrived. It was overall an easy experience during a very hectic time. Highly recommend!

I was in a rush for the work and they scheduled a walk through and clean up for me in a short time even though they were booked. The mess was big so I wasnt sure what the outcome would be. I was surprised after cause they pretty much put it back to the way it was supposed to be, which was not an easy task. Hawaii Junk Removal was the best choice for removal of all my junk in my house. They called me 30 mins ahead of time so I had enough time to leave work and get home so I did not have to wait around for 3 hrs which is awesome. Came to Hawaii to care for my father after his heart surgery, but had forgotten to get rid of the mattress from the hospital bed that they gave us to use until the day before I was leaving😬They guys were able to pick up the next day, even though I called at 4pm or so on Saturday, they picked it up on Sunday morning!!Sine they were fitting me in, I was given a big window of when the pick up might happen, but they called and let me know when they were on their way so it was very easy.Both the office staff and the guys that did pick up were responsive and incredibly pleasant to deal with!! I called Hawaii Junk Removal and they were able to provide same day quote and junk removal. Carlos, Jimmy, and Matthew were so great! They were quick, thorough and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend them.

From the initial call to the removal of the junk, they were absolutely professional, efficient and most reasonably priced. I first spoke with Myrtle. She was pleasant and informative as she answered all my questions. She advised me that a tech could come out and assess, then give me a better estimate than she could over the phone. We set an appointment for the assessment for 2 days later. She gave the name of the tech and told me he would call 15-20 minutes out. Carlos did exactly that. When he got here, I was given a quote, accepted it and Myrtle called to set up an appointment. On the day of the removal, Carlos called to let me know when they would be getting here. He and his team came, dismantled the hot tub neatly and efficiently. They loaded everything in the back of the truck, cleaned up the area with their own brooms and dustpans, asked for permission before using my water hose, then shot down the area before they left. I mention this because Ive recently had 2 different companies come out to do work at my house and they both used my electricity, water, brooms, dustpans and many other items without asking permission or even making mention of it. I would absolutely call Hawaii Junk Removal again if I need junk removal services.

I have been cleaning my father’s yard of construction material from his profession. However, as he has aged and no longer can do heavy lifting, I enlisted the service of Hawaii Junk Removal. Three strong young men, Lome, Idapo, and Jimmy were so efficient and professional. They were also very courteous and personable. What I thought would take a whole day of yard junk removal was done in less than 2 hours. The yard and under the house is amazing with reclaimed space. Mahalo nui!!!

Carlos and his crew were great and fast to demolish a built-in garden shed and bench.They were very clean in removing all the excess debris and also a large termite eaten table. Great job!I will use them again for my other clean out projects!
