Emergency phone in elevator didnt work tried 2 times no one ever answered the phone

Elevator has been out for 3 days without any explanation. Called the landlord who said they were told someone was here fixing it. However, I just returned 15 minutes ago and no one from ThyssenKrupp was here. Prior to this latest breakdown, they supposedly replaced a part and had the elevator off for another day. Prior to that the elevator was down for two days. This is a lousy company that doesnt know the meaning of service. I called their local number and spoke to a representative who told me that he didnt know anything about the problem because he was from the national office. After much demanding he connected me to the local office. Spoke to a female representative who offered to put me on hold so she could check with the mechanic. Declined her offer and told her just tell him to get the damn thing fixed!
