When I went in, there were signs riddled everywhere saying that they had to close earlier than usual at 7pm, which wasnt a big deal, I understand that these things happen sometimes. Plus, it was only 6pm so I figured I had time. I went to look for the number dispenser, but it was blocked and tapped up by one of those many notices. There were only two people in the vision center being helped. I asked one of the workers if they werent going to fill anymore prescriptions. They reiterated what was said on the notice of closing earlier. I told them I understand the center is closing at 7 and pointed out that it was 6 oclock. They begrudgingly agreed to help me after finishing up with the person they were with; which is what warranted a two star, rather a one star review.I brought my own frames to put my prescription in and immediately after sitting, I was denied going any further. They said that due to the material and the warping of the frames the lab will take one look at this and send it back. Absolutely ridiculous, the frames I had were made of acetate. Its such a shame because Costco probably has the best prices hands down.
The staff has always been very friendly and helpful with doing a quick fix for me.They also offer a refund or replacement if your glasses arent right for you.Im happy with their service and will continue to use Costco Optical.
Easy access. Nice staff. Modern equipment.
