I really wish I could’ve shared the same great experience as the other reviewers, but my time was wasted by poor secretaries and old business information. I chose 808 credit (now known as “Jimmy’s 808 Tax”) because of the great reviews and notes that they help repair credit, but this is not true. I set up an appointment and clearly stated my situation and intent for making an appointment to repair my credit. One of the secretaries set up my appointment for the Tue of the next week.As Tue came around, I became very worried as I didn’t receive any reminder call of the appointment. I decided to give them a call to make sure everything was all set up before I spent 2 hrs on the bus to come over. They couldn’t find my appt, so they asked if I could come the next Tue, but I had to work due to having surgery the next day. Bernice, the one I would apparently be working with, was nice enough to fit me in and asked if I could come earlier despite the mistake her secretaries made. I came in an hour early and waited patiently, although the secretaries did seem like unprofessional kids.Long story short, I got in to see Bernice and was told that she no longer helps with credit repair and she’s into taxes now, but she would try to help me. Very disappointing as I clearly stated my intent for the meeting, but I followed her instruction to email her my credit Karma info and she would see what she could do. In my email, I also asked for a recommendation for someone who could help if she wasn’t able to. A week went by and no reply, so I called. Someone else answered my email telling me I would get a reply from her soon. 2 days later, no reply from Bernice, but from the same person saying she couldn’t help me cause she didn’t have time and was focusing on tax (no other recommendation). Each email was unprofessional with many errors including addressing me as “Mrs”. I was very disappointed of not getting a single call or reply from Bernice because she didn’t have the time. As if I wanted to waste half of my day off sitting on the bus and getting nothing solved.I wouldn’t recommend this company even if you did go there for their “current” line of business. I don’t ever write reviews, but I’m not going to allow someone to make the same mistake due to their 5 stars and misrepresentation.

These guys are AWESOME! they helped me go from having a credit score in the low 600s to 670 in 30-45 days. at first I was skeptical, thinking nothing can help me. then BAM! 3 creditors were deleted or removed.for all you hardworking people out there who are drowning, there is help.
