I normally am not one to write reviews on Yelp, or in general, but I felt compelled to write one for Kiamalu Consulting & Investigations as a result of their EXCELLENT services. I have never used a PI before so I did not know what to expect and was quite apprehensive, however, Kiamalu worked with me in resolving all of my doubts and questions.I came to Kiamalu with the hopes of resolving an issue in my family, and after consulting with their investigative team, I was assigned to the lead investigator, Lionel (a retired HPD detective). Their team walked me through all my possible options in order to resolve my problem. Kiamalu helped me stay well within my budget and provided me with frequent updates throughout the investigation, always keeping me up-to-date with the latest information regarding my case.One of the things I requested from Kiamalu was a background check. Prior to using Kiamalu, I had spent countless hours and a large amount of money on background checks I had found on the Internet. However I remained unsatisfied. When I worked with Kiamalus team, they provided me with a detailed background check and report, containing information I had not even come close to obtaining with other services!Overall, Kiamalu Consulting & Investigations has provided me with an amazingly positive service and quickly and efficiently resolved my issue. Coming from someone who never thought Id be using a PI in my life, Kiamalu certainly worked to give me the resolution I was seeking.
