My elderly mother had initiated a move. Her acceptance into a new place got fast tracked and she had a month to move. A few weeks after letting me know, she fell ill and was admitted into the hospital, tested positive for Covid. At the time, my older brother was living with her, so he had to quarantine for 14 days (he was tested negative). And during that time he was recovering from the flu. And during that time, our mother passed away. I had waited till his quarantine was over to help him pack up and purge with 5 days to vacate and get him into the new apartment. A lot of the responsibilities fell on me. When I got there, nothing was done. So everyday for 4 days after I got off from work, I would work into the night purging and packing up a life time of accumulated things. It was overwhelming and stressful for me. I knew that my brother and I didn’t have it in us, emotionally or physically at this point to do a move out clean on top of everything I had on my plate. I shot out a move out quote request on yelp, and looked at each of the reviews and Primary Pacific Cleaning was by far the best.With busy schedules, it was hard getting a walk through for a quote, so we worked it out via text with photos. I met up with her partner to drop off my key, and they started early on cleaning the next day. After I got off work, I went to do a walk through. The walls were bleach mopped, the bathroom and kitchen was pretty clean, removed GE ring in the toilet, and most of the calcification off the shower - my mother kept the shelves lined, and was pretty clean for the most part. My brother isn’t the clean one. The floors didn’t come out so clean with just a vacuum and twice mopped (before pictures). I couldn’t have him turn in the place with the floors still looking dirty. So I had to hire them to strip and wax the floors (after pictures). Luckily, we were able to get an extension on the move out, so we didn’t have to stress out and rush. I didn’t expect perfect because they have lived there for 18 years, but I’m very happy with the results. The close out walk through was impressed with how clean the place was.Kamalani has been very professional with communication and the work is excellent! She has been empathetic with my situation, giving me ease and trust in her and her team. Hiring her and her team has taken a big weight off my shoulders and I so grateful for that! We both have been very busy and our communication worked for us. After spending little time with her, I am impressed with her work ethics and the young woman she is. I am very happy with the service and I highly recommend her!!

Moving back into my old room, that only had geckos residing in it for the past three years! I was in need of a really good carpet cleaning. I didn’t have much stains but I was certainly not going to let my almost two year old reside in that room without it. So impressed with how much dirt was really pulled up! I’m so happy with the results and even though we thought there wasn’t that much dirt getting pulled up, the water that was dumped out would suggest otherwise! Thank you so much for the fast, efficient, and absolute attention to detail (round head, not so easy on corners). The carpet floor looks, feels, and smells amazing!I would suggest Primary Pacific Cleaning to anyone, they do WAY more that just carpet cleaning! Kamalani (owner) and Niki (team member) did a great job, were in and out, so friendly, and very professional through the whole process. Kamalani is a old friend and is the first person I thought of when I needed this job done. Not only do I know what she is capable of doing I know she strives to impress. During this time I not only want to be extra clean but I also want to support local while trying to do so, I want to support my friends and family and I am so blessed to have Kamalani in my life and her awesome cleaning company. I knew exactly who to call, I’ve seen her history of what she can do and I had absolutely no doubt she would turn it out and impress!Thank you so much! Good energy, excellent work and attention to details I never even comprehended. I’ve had a few different cleaners but I since I’ve used this one i haven’t changed. Just tell them what you want done, and they’ll do it better than any major company here.

I was looking for a cleaning company to do a move-out cleaning for my rental condo unit. I did a google and yelp search and Primary Pacific Cleaning got very good reviews in both.My primary point of contact was Kamalani and she was fantastic. Kamalani was very helpful and friendly and professional. I liked the fact that she did a site inspection before providing a fee quote. That way she can determine the level of effort required and provide an accurate cost based on the amount of cleaning. Another really nice thing about Kamalani and Primary Pacific Cleaning is that whatever I asked to be cleaned, her response was always positive. Kamalani never gave excuses such as oh we cant clean that because we cant climb ladders or oh we cant clean that because we dont move furniture or oh we cant clean that because our cleaning brush doesnt extend that far.Kamalani and her cleaning crew arrived on-time and did their job very well. I opened the unit for the cleaning crew and returned when they were done. During my inspection, a small storage closet wasnt vacuumed. Kamalani made the situation right by coming back later in the afternoon to vacuum the room.Kamalani is true to her word and she is someone I trust.All in all, Kamalani and Primary Pacific Cleaning did an outstanding job. From my first contact with Kamalani to final inspection and payment, the entire process went very smoothly. I enjoyed working with Kamalani. My only regret is that I wish I had more units that need cleaning so I can give Kamalani and Primary Pacific Cleaning more business.Without doubt or hesitation, I highly recommend Kamalani and Primary Pacific Cleaning be your cleaning service of choice!

Thank you to Kamalani and her team!! We had a emergency move in and realized it wasn’t clean. So pacific cleaning came in like a fairy God mother and with a swop of her mop it was all done!! It is now livable clean, smells good and sanitary!! In the future her company is going to be our families go to cleaning company. I’ve tried the big name companies before they don’t come close to pacific cleaning...she also provided us this great service on such short notice and the carpets were shampooed!! U all rocked!
