If you are a real estate professional, this is the last company I would trust. Chris Pruett insulted my husband and cancelled 5 minutes before he was due because this guy is easily confused. Obviously works with bureaucracy and not busy professionals who need a job done quick and right.I agreed to his price and said my husband would be meeting him. He said my husband sounded like a lady on the phone so he didn’t trust him.Doesn’t understand that I’m a busy professional who has calls to make. I would have pre-paid his rate (which was also the highest I had been quoted but keep in mind last minute booking)Called a professional service and they are showing up and giving us a 10% discount :)Buyer highly beware of this business

Chris and his team are very professional. I don’t like having people I don’t know come into my home, but his staff were very friendly and made it a comfortable experience. My condo flooded and they responded to the flood very quickly and were at my place within an hour from the time I called. The were able to extract the water out completely and dry everything with their equipment within 24 hours. I highly recommend their services.

Smh. I am baffled. Did not arrive at the specified time- arrived well after, so Im cleaning downstairs phones upstairs- didnt hear texts or calls. Then has the audacity to say I just dont want to come out here for nothing next time ..... WELL buddy, I would like to not have to take off work for a company who is going to be tardy and not arrive at the specified time.The logic here is that its ok for me to wait on you, but not the other way around? It does not work like that. You were late, I was late. You shouldve just stopped at the rescheduling part. Being that YOU were initially late leaves you ZERO room to make such an entitled comment.So next time, before you bark about timeliness, make sure that you check yourself first... and learn to utilize the damn doorbell for gods sake.

Chris and his workers did a fantastic job. My parents condo had a flood and Chris and his workers were able to start very quickly to fix the problem. After everything; water drained from behind the walls and carpet dried, Chris and his workers steamed cleaned the carpets and re painted one of the rooms. Highly recommend this company. I’m always a little nervous to have workers come to my apartment since I live alone, but Chris and his crew seemed genuine right from the gecko. My apartment flooded and every inch of the floor was damaged. Chris found the leak before the plumber even arrived! I had industrial type drying equipment set up for days which was monitored once daily by the company. Once dry, it took 1 day to pull up the floors and get the funky smell out, then 1 day to install the new beautiful, and waterproof (hehe), floors. I appreciate the job well done and extra consideration I was given along the way to make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything being done. I don’t think you can go wrong with this company. 5 star service with aloha

These guys did a great job cleaning the carpet at our condo. They have all the necessary equipment to get the job done right. These are guys that you can trust in your house, I think thats the most important thing I can stress. These are nice hard working guys that got the job done quickly and came in cheaper than I had budgeted for. I would recommend them to anyone who needs there carpet cleaned or water removed.

Very pleased with the professional service AAA Carpet Care provided. My home was a large two story 3 bedroom town home mostly (light colored) carpet and had to hire a carpet cleaner right away due to the sale of my home. They were very accommodating in the short amount of time. The heavy traffic areas, stair case and door ways were practically brand new and being a family with 3 kids that is pretty impressive. I highly recommend AAA Carpet Care for any of your flooring needs as well as any water damage issues.
