Parking is simple, take a right off of King, straight and a lot stalls to the left, I had to go to Easy Music for strings for my Fender Strat, there are designed stalls for Easy to Music

It is an old building, but has great massage therapist in there. Makes me happy.

I recommend you have the parking attendant enter the tickets for you when you leave. I just got scoldings from Byron the parking attendant for putting the ticket in too early or too fast and now all because of (me) he has to walk all the way to the gate and open it for me manually since the ticketing machine had an error. Extremely rude!

Easy Music Center is there. I dont like the parking lot.

There is a big problem for me about the lack of waiting area/benches outside ON THE SIDE of the building. It is true that there are some benches out in front of the building on the busy King St., but there are NONE at the actual legal drop off and pick up zones on the side of the building, where the parking lot is and is allowed. This creates a very trying, painful and difficult situation for disabled and handicap people, who cannot stand and wait outside the pick-up zone for any length of time. There are many doctors offices in that building, and the medical taxis REFUSE to pick up anyone waiting on the King St.side of the building because King St. is very busy, and there is no legal stopping or parking on the front side of the building. Why cant at least one bench be placed at the actual pick-up drop off zone of the building?? I have checked and there is plenty of room to put a bench there next to the music store.I cannot see whether my taxi has come to pick me up on the other side of the building. But they (or anyone else) cannot see me sitting on a bench at the front of the building. IT IS A PROBLEM. TAXIS WILL NOT PICK UP ON KING ST. SIDE OF BUILDING. Please try to fix this by adding some benches in front at the legal pull-up pick-up zone inside on the side of the building, to accommodate the handicap people! Thank you!

Great tenants in this building liken Aisen Shiatsu and Okura Associates but the parking system for visitors is horrible. Most people dont have a clue of what to do and the ones that do get trapped in behind them.
