The process was flawless and very user-friendly. Special shout-out to Arnold for assisting me on a recent registration--he was on top of everything and took very good care of me. Just a great person to work with--incredibly personable and patient while taking me through the registration process. I will be using this service again in the future, and not just in Hawaii. Of course after doing extensive research, I am choosing to sign up with this company. After reading the reviews, I felt even better about joining. The owner left a lengthy and personable reply to a Hater and honestly, I laughed the whole time reading it. It shows that there is an actual person behind this company that cares enough to be that passionate to the point of explaining their process and offering assistance, to someone just looking to tarnish their reputation. You just got a new client!

So far Ive only experienced excellent service (thanks Abby!). I had one issue (which was my fault) and they quickly resolved it and even waived the fees associated. Would recommend.

This is NOT a locally based business! Even though they will tell you they are local, they are actually a large company on the mainland that just has a satellite office here. It is required to have a registered agent or your business in Hawaii so companies like this prey on small businesses : 1) they dont actually do anything a lot of the time- they are just your register Agent 2) They wont let you cancel their services if you have a dispute- thus incurring more charges for doing nothing. This company doesnt care about local small business- just taking advantage of a local law.
