Absolutely the best haircut I have had in years. It was nice to have someone cut my hair that knew what they were doing. There was no in and out of the chair in 5 minutes. Best blending job. I will keep coming back!

I have been going here for 5 years and she never disappointed me. They really know how to cut hair here.

My boyfriend loves going to Mai because she can cut ethnic (black) hair, compared to other barbers in honolulu area. Make an appointment though because she gets booked up all crazy. She says Friday is the busiest day. They have three other barbers here though, and they all seem good and customers like them. Theres also one gentleman that does womens styles.

This one star is really generous considering the fact that when we walked in and said we were looking for a haircut she told the other woman that she didnt want to cut my hair because it was too thick in a different language assuming I didnt know what she was saying ... waste of time is what is was so unless you have super thin Asian hair dont bother walking in cause thats the only hair they know how to cut

A suggestion to the owner. ..when giving directions DO NOT say you know the old DMV...not many people know about the old DMV...instead say turn right or left at DilLongham and 7 eleven across Zippy...
