I had a quick question about my Renters policy and sent a memo out to to Lia Oller. Within minutes I received a response from her . . . on a Saturday! Unfortunately she reported that my policy did not cover my concern but was so kind in her response. She gave me a suggestion and wished me well! I am so happy moving over to State Farm this year! I came to State Farm looking for supplemental Medicare coverage for my father. Certain parts of my dads eligibility were unclear, but Lia was determined to give us an answer, so she researched and consulted me for nearly an hour!She stayed on the line with me while she dug through the Medicare website to get some information on how to open up coverage purchase options. Lia also gave me several phone numbers of health insurance experts to consult while she wrangled the State Farm system to try to give us a quote.In the end, we tried so many things, and it was just not possible.
