We recently charted a flight with Pacific Air Charters when we moved from Oahu to Kauai. We reached out to many local charter companies to check prices and flights on this route and found Pacific Air to be the most economical choice. Our main reason for the charter was our 12 year old dog that we did not feel comfortable putting in cargo and wanted a flight where we could all fly together to our new home.The whole experience was top notch. The level of customer service exceeded all expectations. We feel truly blessed to find Pacific Air Charters. Huge thank you to Kai for always going the extra mile, to Lucy for coordinating on flight day and for Pat who got us safely to our destination. Highly recommend this company. Pacific Air Charters is an AWESOME company! They are highly customer service oriented, have great planes and highly experienced pilots. They made the entire experience easy, safe and enjoyable. If you are in the area and flying, I think it would be foolish to choose anyone else. I don’t believe anyone can match their level of customer service and experience.

I chartered a small plane flight from Maui to the big Island of Hawaii. I worked with Lucy for the reservations. She also arranged a car service to pick me up from the airport and take me to Blue Hawaii helicopter tours on the big island. As is often the case, it takes problems to show a companies true metal. We had a technical issue that caused the plane to be delayed arriving in Maui. The company kept me informed/updated every step of the way. It looked as if we were going to arrive too late to make our Helicopter Tour. Thats when the owner of Pacific Air got involved. He contacted the Helicopter tour company and got them to hold the tour for the 10 minutes we were late!!! It all worked out!! The owner promised that if we missed our tour that he would refund our money. Thankfully that wasnt necessary and everything was great!!I highly recommend them!!!!

Pacific Air Charters is 5 out of 5 stars! And our pilot Mike is the best! We chartered his flight from Oahu to the Island of Lanai for a day of golf...truly an amazing experience from beginning to end and definitely recommend Pacific Air Charters to friends and family. Gary

I unilaterally canceled my reservation because I couldnt find it at the pick-up location without properly explaining the pick-up location from the airport.A very irresponsible and malicious vendor. Lets be careful.
