Had a great experience here. I just showed him some pics of designs I thought were cool and he combined a lot of them into a great piece. He was nice to talk to and also knowledgeable and respectful of the cultures that started this tradition.

Good price and it lasted for about 3 weeks. Got a lot of compliments on it and love the design.

If you want a great temporary tattoo at half the price of the temp tattoo studios at the Waikiki hotels then go to “A Rainbow Studio”. Our family decided to get tattoos and it was a lot of fun. Panama, our artist, took great care of us. He gave us very specific directions on how to take care of our tattoos so they would last longer. Annabelle got a hand henna tattoo while the ever cool Sam got a skull and cross bones. Todd got a turtle and I got a Celtic cross. Check out the handy work. It was awesome and even better just a lot of fun.

All true. My daughter got a jagua tattoo of hibiscus and turtles as a memento of Hawaii which was done beautifully by the gentleman. It has developed overnight into a beautiful artwork. We all love it. Mahalo & Aloha. Next time Im getting one too!

This was my first time getting henna, and it was a great experience! Both of them were very talented and friendly, and flexible on designs. They have many examples to choose from and are willing to create original designs with you. The price range is very wide depending on the size and amount of detail you decide on; a small simple one can be about $5-$10. They were very informative on how to care for the tattoos, which was very helpful. Will definitely return one day!

Had a Jagua tattoo done here today. It is so beautiful. Both artists at this shop are very talented. My boyfriend had his face painted for Halloween. I could not believe how many people stopped us to take our pictures. Everyone loved it.

Family owned Henna shop and I had an excellent experience there! Extremely sweet couple and they are willing to custom design your henna. Price is very reasonable compared to other henna spots on Waikiki. The detailing of the Henna was very impressive.

My family and I just returned home from Hawaii where we inquired A Rainbow Studio to paint a custom surfboard for a family keepsake. We are so pleased how it turned out. The detail and customer service we received was above and beyond what we imagined. I highly recommend him for your custom artwork.

My girlfriend and I was walking by and saw this small shop and Panama and his wife yumiko were already working on two other people. We saw the design were really detailed and when we saw the price, it was a no brainer. My girlfriend and I both got one and it came out amazing! I asked if he could mix two different design into one and he made it better than I expected. Great people and awesome design. Wont regret it!

The couple who work at this establishment are the best! We foud them while waiting for the bus. They hand sketch every design with a blue pencil then go over it with either black or brown henna. Best work to date that Ive seen. They are very sweet and work with your budget. We came twice in 1 week . I will come back next time Im in Waikiki

This place is beyond amazing. Panama and Yumiko are great artist and they give their customers exactly what they ask for. They have several binders you can choose a design from. If you don’t find what you like you can always show them a picture and they will make that for you. The place is clean and environment is very welcoming.

Its a very difficult time now.I was planning to go in February 2021, but I dont know if I can go ... but I will definitely stop by when I go again.Its a very easy-to-use and very friendly shop.The shop is small and difficult to understand, such as signboards, but it is a very good shop.Im doing it under a little tent.It will be cheaper in a little time.From one point to elaborate patterns, it is polite and long-lasting.Rest assured that it is a henna tattoo. My daughter said she wanted to do it, so I asked her to put one point in her arm and nape.I had a henna tattoo on the day I arrived and enjoyed it during my stay.If it was open when I went, I would like to ask this time as well.good luck.
