Our sales rep Meaghan has been top notch from day one. She checks in with us regularly and has even flown over for a face to face visit! Kasey is our account manager and she’s so patient and kind, explains everything in layman’s terms. These guys truly have been a breeze to work with, a no brainer for our activity business. Our Hawaii company, Island Movers, Inc., has been working with Vivial for years. The digital marketing programs have generated many leads for our moving business, and the Vivial team in Honolulu has been professional and helpful in explaining trends and resolving issues.

Be very careful in dealing with this company, would give zero stars if I could. They charged us over $5,000 for essentially nothing, and after six months my wifes business, China Thai Massage, still did not even show up in the local Google listings even when we were standing in front of it. We found lots of incorrect data and mistakes online, and although they created a business Facebook page they never even did the simple step of verifying it. After six months the Moz rating was only 37% and it identified lots of errors, duplicates and incompletes. Vivial even overcharged us past our 6-month contract and also tried to charge an additional $1,000 cancellation fee - thank goodness I had disabled the automatic billing in time. Their customer retention specialist never returned numerous phone calls, and the local office never met with us to discuss our concerns or offer any sort of apologies, redress or refunds despite repeated requests to do so. I know Google placements are never guaranteed, but I do expect professionalism, courtesy, good work, and sincere efforts to address customer concerns. Didnt get any of that with the Vivial local office or home office. Avoid!
