Our club placed an order for 60 balloons for a fallen ryder memorial we were having. The balloon release turned out great.The order wasnt ready/couldnt be found but we planned for that so we set up pickup time a couple hours ahead of our event.

The girl at the counter was very nice and did her job very good.She could do that faster though.I don’t thing that inflating 5 balloons should take 15 minutes

Staff helpful and patient. Would have given 5 star but had a limited selection for what I wanted. Overall though had a rewarding visit.

Called in to get a price check and not only did they check once but went back to check again no attitude very helpful! Came in got my items in and out! Love this party city

The store was surprisingly clean for it being the Sunday before Halloween. They had very helpful and attentive staff assigned to each and every aisle, and I was approached by 4 of them to make sure I found everything. They were keeping that store well stocked and neat. I expected to walk into a disaster, and walked into a very cheerful and clean environment. I will be a return shopper here, for sure. Thanks for a pleasant surprise party City!!

This is my Favorite place to get my party planned and set. From supplies to balloons, the staff is fun And friendly. It that time of year graduation. Birthday, wedding. It doesnt matter youll find it all.

I only go to Party City if I ABSOLUTELY have for a short notice need. The workers are always sparse and they ALWAYS act as though the consumer is bothering them if you have a need. They dont speak when you walk in or when you engage them. I generally try to plan ahead and use Amazon for ease and for variety. Not a fan of Party City in ANY place weve lived and weve moved a lot with my husbands job.

This place is well stocked with anything party! Most prices are reasonable.

I stood in line for 15 minutes to be told the store ran out of helium, and will not be having any more until the following week. However, what amazes me is the associate didnt even bother to mention there wasnt any helium as he was about to charge me for the ballon package. So I was about to purchase some balloons I could not use. The store should inform the customers such matters so people will not waste their time.

Great selection for every possible occasion, lots of holiday items. Helpful staff. Line moves along quickly.

I called this location and put an item on hold, then an hour later I arrived at store. Once I finished my shopping, I went to checkout to pay and get my item on hold. The worker said that the other worker didn’t put my item on hold, but she told the worker I talked with about the call. She tried to sell me similar items before trying to sell me the display. I didn’t feel comfortable buying the display because it’s an inflatable snack stadium that you put food in. As it was a display, customers touch it and things like that, someone also had to blow it up. Not to mention, the containers to hold the food were on the floor. Overall, the worker didn’t try to help with the inconvenience.

I was able to find what I was looking for easily. The store didnt have the amount I need, but the associate looked up to find other stores that had the item.

I tried to get ballons May5 and was told there was a three hour wait! So I placed an online order for pickup at 11am May6.I never received a confirmation the order was ready. I called and they couldn’t find the order, keep in mind I’m the customer how I’m I supposed to know I need to specify it was placed online, but I digress after being placed on hold twice I was told she couldn’t find it. I tell her I have an order number, she then states, very sarcastically “oh it was done online, that makes a difference” REALLY!!!!! She finds the order and I ask her if it’s ready and it was!!! So no email stating that!!!!!?????? I suggest you don’t EVER place an online order with Party City!!!! After this I will purchase the helium machine FROM TARGET and blow my own!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!!!

The worst Party City I have been to. I put a balloon order in 2 weeks prior to my son birthday party. The day of my son party when we went to pick up his balloons the gave away half of balloons order and these where the ones I order my self from Amazon. Only thing they accommodate me with was 3 free balloons when the order I bought had a total of 5 balloons in there. And I order 20 latex balloons only received 17. Remind you the latex balloons that I order where not even big balloons. It look like they blew them up first thing in the morning. The worse experience ever!

I just hate that the Washington Plaza location is closing and to make matters worse, there was no sale for us to stock up to prep for their absence

I was at this store Saturday and it was the worst customer service ive ever experienced. The women that work there are flat out LAZY. 2 of them pretended to inflate balloons while the 2 behind the register made me wait in line for 20 minutes because one of them was gossiping with another customer. 4 people that were perfectly capable to work a register resfused to do it out of pure laziness and not to mention i was only one of 2 people in the whole store. Whoever is the manager needs to do a better screening of who is being hired. If these people dont want to work leave the job for someone who really wants it even if its a minimum wage job. I am taking my complaints to corporate headquarters as well.

I bought a package of labels, they were marked labels and tags. I needed labels to stick on a craft l was making. I tried to return them because they were expensive, and was denied.

I bought to cancer ribbon balloons online and this lady got lazy so told someone else to do her job the other lady did not tie the balloon right and there for my balloon was a goner the lady gave me 6 dollars back but this was for someone with cancer they didnt care.
