Terrible service, states delivery attempts but driver has not attempted delivery all because they choose not to drive and deliver. 2nd package being delivered from the same company 2 weeks in a row that FedEx has failed to deliver when supposed to. Ridiculous that you charge the price you do and fail to deliver without lying about delivery attempts.

I made three trips to this store during normal business hours and there was never anyone there. Their employees just don’t show up to work and FedEx is fine with it. I called Customer Service and the woman helping me was not concerned at all that employees aren’t showing up to work. Would NOT recommend this location, or FedEx in general.

I had a very important package being delivered today so I decided to stay home and wait for it. I went to my daughters school to pick her up ( its around the corner from my house) came right back and missed the FedEx guy. Then I I received an email that I can pick up TODAY after 6pm and that they close at 8 pm. Of course!!! So here I come to pick up package at 6:12pm and the FedEx guy hasn’t returned. Lady at the desk said that he would return at 7:30pm. So I am sitting in my car for 1+ hours till he gets here. This is ridiculous!! By the time he gets back it’s closing time!!!

Hello,I hope everyone is staying safe! Let me Start off by saying thank everyone that is still working through this PANDEMIC I appreciate you. So I have a very important/expansive package that suppose to be delivered to me today from what the updates and the text messages said. Although a have cameras around my property Nowadays none of that matters to a criminal so I took a vacation day to stay home and await on my package. Around 1:13 I received a text stating that an attempt was made to deliver the package but no one was home.Now I said to myself maybe you dosed out and didn’t hear the door bell highly unlikely but likely so I replayed all of the cameras back no delivery was attempted. I’m not really sure on what’s going on with FedEx in the Southern Region but the service is not the same I see UPS AND AMAZON early early in the morning getting out packages. I pray that FedEx goes back to the basics and get things back to the way it used to be! Kind Regards!!!

Christine was very helpful in helping me locate a package that the tracking system glitched.

Never received an out for delivery update, so I stepped out to have lunch with my mother since Im a travel nurse and wont be back for over a week. Came back to FedEx driver leaving my cul-de-sac, tried to get his attention. Literally less than a minute. Called the branch and they said there would be no redelivery even though I know for a fact the driver was still in the neighborhood. This is a $2,000 package. Get your basic tracking technology up to par.

Store was not packed, rep had an attitude and seemed frustrated from the questions I asked about shipping two small items. Rep wore a mask, but could have been overwhelmed. Nevertheless...

Make sure you bring your mail with you to prove you are yourself. Would of been nice to know ahead of time

Really messed up my packages, packed and sent two for me but swapped them around on accident. They fixed it afterwords by paying for shipping.

I would not recommend FedEx .my package has been on truck ( Out For Delivery ) for three days and I still havent received it .

This place is the worst. There is never anybody at the counter.

Paid for overnight tracked package suppose to deliver by 8pm at 6:42 they changed delivery to next day and said that no one was available for delivery even though I had been home all day. As a small business they don’t care that I had been waiting all day to repair my equipment for work the next morning said it was my fault for not being available but I was sitting on my front porch and waiting for them. Poorest service but they loved the extra money.

I received a call saying i had a package & FedEx is unable to find my address which is weird because the post office & UPS dont have a problem finding my address.I called & spoke with someone leaving a detailed message about where to find my mailbox. I gave them my phone number and told him that I could even meet them. After a minimum of 12 phone calls over 6 days, each time being promised the package will be delivered the next day. I finally forced someone to connect me through to the Birmingham office who told me my package had never left the station.I left my holiday guests & drove the 50 mi there & 50 back to pick up the package which was supposed to be overnighted. When someone wants to overnight me something I request ups or USPS. Even send it regular mail. Ill still get it quicker than Fed-ex.

Surprisingly fast and friendly service even after when I assumed they would be closed. I was in and out in three minutes. Great job!

I always get a text saying my package will be delivered by the end of day and I sit home waiting only for it to change around 7pm. It happens too often and this time my package was very Sentimental and was needed for a birthday. That’s ruined. This has happened too many times. Just a waste!!!

Tracking said out for delivery but delivery did not happen as scheduled. Now the package is pending delivery with no explanation. It was on the truck. We were home all day. Product was bought with next day delivery agreement because I needed by package today... not pending for whenever its convenient for Fedex. There should be a no star option when no package is delivered.

I have ordered a package and it was set to be delivered Monday December 2nd and it is now Friday December 6th and I still have not received my package. Fedex has given me every excuse of why it has not been delivered from driver went home sick to it was to dark on my porch and it was unsafe to deliver but has delivered to my house any other time with my porch light not being on with out a problem and now when FedEx tries to call the hub to find out about it they dont answer the phone. This is why ups is so much better Im so glad amazon now delivers

Brian Patrick wow this guy did an outstanding job with super great customer service . My files really was not cooperating he worked through it all with out neglecting other customers and duties. Mr Patrick could have said that the system and my files were not compatible and for what I could see he was right. He switch some things pull it up and saved the day for my kids black history month project . Thank you so much Mr Patrick your professional attitude was again outstanding so much if I ever need Fed X the Homewood store is where Ill be going🤗⛈🌞🌊.

I can not get them to deliver my package. They keep saying my address doesnt exist. Stop being lazy put it in your GPS get in the truck and drive. It pops up for everyone except FedEx apparently. I will never use FedEx again. Luckily my bank said since this is the third time they are trying if they do the same thing we will ship ups. I love ups I get my Shutterfly stuff from them monthly never had a problem

Had to have something shipped same day. Arrived in the afternoon and since this is the regional hub for FedEx, my package was handled quickly and expertly.My only small complaint was with the cashier. She was extremely unhelpful to the couple ahead of me and apathetic to everything. I hope she was just having a bad day.

Had a package out for delivery today, I arranged my whole day to be available for the package but at 4:30 I decided to check back on the tracking and it said delivery attempt was maid at 4:16....it was a total lie! They didn’t not come to my house and try to deliver anything. Now they’re talking about trying again tomorrow when I’m telling them no one will be home. The is totally BS!!!

If I could give it no stars I would. This is the worst place ever. Package suppose be delivered on Monday here it is Thursday and still no package and this was multiple gifts for a Christmas party tomorrow. Even paid for express shipping. Still haven’t received the packages and was lied to when I called them. They stated the company put it for standard delivery and I had the company we purchased for on the other end of the phone that stated no they did not. It was sent express delivery and Belk had sent me the proof. Fedex phone rep still continued to lie on Belk. Then when told we were recording the conversation and wanted to see proof that Belk had sent the shipment out for standard 5-7 day delivery as he told us and have it emailed for documentation purposes he hung up because he knew he was caught in his own web of lies. On top of that it shows the package has been at the Birmingham facility since the 10th and yet still hasn’t been delivered. The second package shows it is in Georgia and has been for 2 days with no movement. The rep said nobody would answer the phones at the Georgia facility in Kennesaw, Georgia, as well as the Birmingham Alabama facility so he couldnt speak with them about why the packages hasn’t moved or been delivered. This place is a total joke and fraud. They charge you for express shipping and never do it. That is the same as stealing from people. They take your money and then do not deliver. Horrible!

I walked into this facility around 5 p.m. . There was no one at the front desk but I heard voices in the back and saw people through the window in the door to the back area. I tried calling out hello several times with no response. I was there for about 20 minutes before a woman angrily came out. I told her that I needed a label printed for my item I needed to ship. She snapped at me and told me that they do not print there, which is perfectly fine. But she was very rude and I wish that someone had come out to tell me I needed to go to another location sooner. Not happy with their customer service...

For two days a package has been ‘out on the truck for delivery’ yet they don’t feel the need to actually deliver the package.

My package was supposed to be delivered last Friday. There was a delivery exception. Might have been due to weather. Then same thing on Saturday, but the weather was good and the roads were all clear and dry. Hopefully Ill get my package today (Monday). Though, I needed what was in the package on Friday. On the phone, FedEx customer rep was rude and just kept saying you should get it by 8pm today. Again, much too late. Customer rep said that I could not be notified when they would deliver the package, so hopefully Ill be here when they do.

My complaint is with delivery driver who attempted to deliver my package to my storage building instead of my house. I was home waiting on the delivery. When I saw tag on door to building I called the number and the driver would not come back to deliver. I had also paid for 2 day delivery on last Wednesday and today is Monday and will not be getting package until Tuesday. Poor customer service

I had 2 day shipping with my order and my package sat at this afcitlit for an entire day today!!!!!!! Should have been delivered yesterday. Leaving for vacation early in the morning and now my package will sit on the porch all week. What I ordered was perishable so I guess they will need compensate me for the ruined contents of my package.
