I went to the office with several concerns about my bill that weren’t properly handled over the 800# the night before.. And this young man, Elorite, with a pleasant demeanor listened attentively and patiently as I shared my issues. It took some time but he was very thorough and gave me quality customer service which was like a “breath of fresh air” with life’s stresses these days.

I agree with Pete (a few reviews down). Arrived for a 1:30 appointment. Had to wait outside in the cold for 10 minutes. Once inside waited about 10 more minutes before I could explain all I wanted to do was drop off THEIR equipment. Was then told to wait in my car for them to call me in. Asked how long, they said 15 maybe 20 minutes, after 35 I went back inside, where I was told I was 3rd in line. Left the equipment on the counter and left. Maybe the worst customer service Ive encountered in years.

It was an experience to go to the center. I had an emergency situation. I was told online that it could be as long as three weeks before a tech could come out to my house. Due to the covid 19 restrictions,...so I decided to fix the problem myself, and went to the center. The staff was as accommodating as possible and helped me get the equipment I needed. I returned home and went online with a virtual technician and was able to restore my service. I think the system works very well.

It was very helpful she explained my bill and why I was being charged and for what I was being charged for she was so nice to me and made sure that I understand and when I didnt she went over it again and did it with a smile I really appreciated it because at times I was getting frustrated and she assured me that she was going to get the bottom of my situation and she did I should have gotten her name so I can say thank you for everything

Just went in to pick up a Flex. Was the only customer there with two employees working. Woman who was helping me kept trying to multi-task. Made the simple process of getting my Flex much more complicated because she had to repeat steps.

This is the most insensitive organization on the planet. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I went to question billing and how my service has been minimized by reducing my viewing choices. I was told that I was grandfathered because the plan I had is no longer available, so I get to keep discontinued channels. As soon as I adjusted my bill I lost all the other channels. This would not be a problem, but I never was told any of this until I lost channels. But, my bill is still the same. Totally insensitive and just about the money. NO CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION!! SMDH. Im finding another provider.

The Tech arrived a few minutes early than scheduled appointment time. He came in and got right to business. He did his walk through for connections/wiring/analysis.He explained how to use/sign in and completed installation. He was extremely pleasant and skilled.

Fast and courteous surface. I visited the service center during the middle of the week right when they first open. I had a very good experience with the sales rep Noah Hayes that was very understanding of my issues, and we were able to develop a resolution that served us both well. The staff was very professional. There was a very Senior man there his concern was the new remote, he was having trouble programming it. He was talking to me about it, being a young Senior I understood and tried to build his confidence. When he was called they call a supervisor from the back to spend time with him and go over all the steps. I assured him that if he had trouble call comcast and tech on the phone would walk him though it like they did me.I like they way they try to be understanding now because in the past they were anything but.

Great Services!!! When you get there, you have to take a number (like a waiting number) which is found right when you enter. After, you wait till your number is mentioned then you head to the nearest available customer service desk. Easy!

I was being charged $40 more than I should have with mysterious fees! NOAH HAYES fixed everything, he went through my entire plan and modified it to meet my needs and price range! I never signed an agreement for service with this company and they cannot produce any agreement. Ive been a customer here forever and theyre trying to charge me 200 bucks in termination fees. I dont want their service anymore and they say I have to pay them extra because of it. Doesnt the mob function this way?Now Im standing here for 30 minutes while they huddle around a computer demanding extra money, refusing to show me a contract, and one of them is being exceptionally rude. Jessica however is quite pleasant. But this company sucks. AT&T here I come. Go somewhere else for service. Anywhere else. This company writes its own laws and is allowed to run roughshod over its customers.

Also cant speak to the quality of service in terms of cable, but the equipment rep at the window was one of the best reps Ive ever dealt with. Id post her name for merits from the company, but she didnt have a name tag.

I really shouldnt give a review on Comcast. Love their service, hate their employees. They are so unorganized, the other hand doesnt know what the other is doing. I usually go just to pay the bill. I never talk with customer service, because when I do it becomes unpleasant. I end up calling there corporate office after every visit if I talk with there customer service people.

The wait is long because its the only location on the far South side. The customer care reps. are great, they are knowledgeable and professional. If long waits lines frustrates you, arrive before they open. Maybe you will be the first one in and the first one out! It always seems to work for me.

I suggest you clear your entire schedule for the day if you plan on visiting this location, because you are going to be there for a very long time. I decided to go with AT&T after visiting this location THREE different times and waiting over a hour and a half each time, and still never being helped. Only two people working. This is the aldis of cable companies.

I have been a customer with Comcast or over 3 years and I owed $267.00 I wasnt aware that I was short $7.40. They turned me of the next day. I called in the customer care representative told me your $7.40 short. So I say let me go pay it now! She insisted that it wasnt a problem she would fix it.So 4 or 5 days later they cut me off again for the same $7.40. I call back off.Now their saying they cant turn me back on for the $7.40. I totally fell mislead and I feel like this is totally unfair.If she had of let me pay it when I had it and wheI started to I wouldnt have this problem now but they would rather loose my business instead of helping me out with the $7.40. Im very pissed right now I dont care for Comcast anymore.I am on disability I get $750.00 dollars a month and I give them $260.00 for cable and internet but their harping on me for $7.40.Yes Im a little behind but Im chopping the bill down so that I can pay it off.But at this point Im very disappointed and very unhappy with Comcast and I would never ever refer them to anyone else period.

Its like walking into an aid office in the 70s, crowded and slow, some of the employees are focused on Customer service and some could care less. IT has been three years since my last review, I rated them a One Star. I WAS IN THERE TWO DAYS AGO and Wow has ATTITUDES changed. They are very professional now, they seem to want you and out and with a SMILE.
