Emergency Services was just amazing to work with! We had not one but two leaks in our kitchen (and with an 8 month old that just started to crawl) we were naturally frustrated. Rocky and his crew were so professional and knowledgeable about everything! My biggest stress was dealing with our insurance company and Emergency Services told me not to worry one bit, they would take care of it!!! These guys really saved the day when our water purifier tank burst while we were away for the day. We came home to 2 inches of water throughout our ground level. Had the plumber come, who referred us to ES 24. I called and they were there within the hour. They not only cleaned the water, but ripped up all the, now bad, flooring, baseboards and anything else that was soaked in water and hauled it off for us. Then set up the machines to dry out the place, along with spraying anti-mold agents. After this was dried, which took about 4 days. Rocky came out and met our insurance agent and helped get the proper estimate of damages. Once we got a check, Rocky compared his estimate to the agents and found that there were items missing and we were able to get an adjusted amount. These guys pay attention to every detail. If you ever have something like this happen to you, you dont want anyone else on the job. Call ES 24!

I have had the pleasure of working with this company. I must say my experience was GREAT. I had lots of water damage to four areas of my home, I panicked and happened to find them in the directory, they came within the hour and got my home cleaned up and worked until it was done. They are prompt, trustworthy, friendly and very professional, it definitely put my mind at ease. I felt relieved. I am so pleased with my results and I am loving my home. Do not use this company. When you think of being run over the coals by a contractor, this is the prototype.I used ES24 with Rocky Gallegos for a leak that affected my kitchen and laundry room. The drying went okay. The construction did not. They finished several weeks later than intended. Rocky was notoriously difficult to get on the phone or contact and very flaky. I found out that my house basically sat unrepaired for a week because a subcontractor went MIA, and nothing was being done about it until I found out. The work finally got completed and now about just a few months later I found out that a faucet they replaced was indeed replaced but by a used faucet that is not only losing its finish but a crucial part broke and now I had to replace the whole thing. The plumber said this was a totally rig. They replaced an electrical 220v outlet for a dryer with the wrong outlet.So where was ES24 and Rocky in all of this. Nowhere. Rockys phone is not accepting calls. The number listed on google is not connecting. Seems that you wont have any luck anyway getting business from this, but this was a total sham and it cost me $800 extra dollars to fix their shortcuts on top of the deductible I paid my insurance.Do yourself a favor. If you have a leak, get a drying company that is separate from the construction company. Dont use this company.

We had a leak in our laundry room. The pipe connecting to the washing machine was dripping down the wall. The wall was soaked . The plumber called them and they were at our house soon after he called. They did a complete check of the wall before they remove any of the damaged wall. They cleaned up the laundry room of all the drywall trash and swept the floor. They did a great job and I would use there service again .
