They gave me a 3:30 appointment and then never showed up for the appointment...They aren’t on the site..they come when they feel like it.. I found out from a friend that they told her to be there at a set time and didn’t show and called her later saying if you still want to come by you can...what? Unprofessional, poor value of their customers... and they won’t even answer the phone or call back...not responsive...it’s very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

With three weeks until the end of the year, my 17 year old Gateway computer died. I took it to Computer Doctor and they were able to bin it back to life. It saved my clients year end financial data and I was able to print year end forms! THANK YOU Computer Doctor. These folks really know computers, and are great o work with. Five stars!

My experience at Computer Doctor was great! I went there because I forgot my password to my laptop, and without a password reset disk, many things that I saw online said I would I have to delete everything off my laptop to reset it and get into my computer again. Thankfully, Computer Doctor was able to solve this problem without having to delete any of my data, and I was able to reset my password in no time. I dropped my laptop off to them on Monday and it was done by Thursday. Overall amazing experience and great service!

I went here a few times when trying to fix some laptops I had laying around. The first time they completely got rid of all issues I was having regarding modernizing an older computer. The second time I had a different computer with a screen replaced amazingly. They know their stuff!

I never been to another computer store that fixes computer. So I have nothing to compare to. My only complaint is that turnaround time is longer than what they originally tell you. They say its because they cant get the parts which may be true but other than that I think the service is great.

My Dell would not open. Took it to the Computer Doctor. Sydney got it going with a few moves. She indicated there is certainly a problem. Turned out the Windows program was corrupted. Reloaded and working pretty well. Down side was losing the original desktop. All previous document and photo files were backed up and re-entered. I dont think I lost anything in the transition. Price was very acceptable for the work done. Should get a couple of more years out of the Dell.

So I went here because I have two laptops that had loose ac jacks. I knew this when I dropped them off. I was using a third battery to charge them. One computer also had a cracked screen. Anyway the repairs totaled almost $400 so I just asked for the laptops back and paid the $76 diagnostics. The next work day I turn on the computer with the cracked screen and its inoperable. I email them and they ask me to bring it in. I do so and as I suspected the computer works but the screen was not replaced correctly. The person at the front desk implies that it worked when I picked it up (which is untrue I would not have taken it broken and I didnt break it). She proceeds to tell me that no one is there to look at it and hell probably call the next day...the other person kept insisting (no hell be back tonight.). In the end it was an arduous adventure. It took 30 minutes to drop it off..two lengthy convos and an email to discuss the problem (a loose ac jack?). And the jibe was off...not respectful of my time at all. Plus the computer was WORSE/inoperable after they looked at it. Others have had this happen to them per yelps reviews. I am just going to go else where. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

After shelling out $150.00 to a big box computer store for a diagnostic fee and then learning I would have to shell out another $99.00 for backing up my data, $119.00 for an OS and $90.00 for a hard drive, I took my laptop home. My son highly recommended Computer Doctor and so I took my laptop there. They charged me $36.00 for a diagnostic fee BUT that fee would be applied to my bill. Not only did they install a solid state hard drive and a new OS BUT they also were able to retrieve my data off my old hard drive and transfer it to the new hard drive. After applying the $36.00 diagnostic fee my final bill was $214.00. I AM SO HAPPY !!!! The techs were thorough, incredibly saavy and extremely professional. They did the work in 2 days and over $400.00 less! RUN, DONT WALK, to these pros who REALLY know what theyre doing!!!! I am a customer for life!

The computer Doctor was very nice and accommodating, apologies for the incident that occurred over the phone, total misunderstanding and I completely understand why the owners wife was upset.

Do not take my computer anywhere else

They work very VERY slow, and try to give you the cheapest fix possible so it only lasts a few months and you have to come back
