Worse service! First I walk in and not one single person acknowledges me. Im in line... Only one person finishing up in front of me. The guy at the other register motions to come over.... I go. Then hes going to say that the guy that was behind me was before me. No he wasnt! He actually waited for me to go so he could behind me like we were waiting in the first line. After I finish my transaction.... I dont get a repeat of my change or a thank you. I will not be returning to this location. Its convenient but rather travel further to get things for my store.These guys were more into conversing amongst one another, rather than provide customer service. Shame on them!

Easy to find items I am looking to purchase. Greeted at the door by an associate who offered his assistance. Store clean and well organized for the back to school crowd.

Long wait at the registers every time at this location. It never fails. Ive been here when there were 5 employees standing and walking around versus 3 customers in the store and there was over 10 min wait!

Had some books turned into spirals....they were kind and efficient. I was originally told that they would be ready tomorrow, but that they would call if it could be sooner. They were done sooner!

If I could give them zero stars, that would describe them. Terrible experience! I ordered business cards 2 days ago, and they told me it will be finished the next day. I came the next day, and they didnt finish it. Now I came the 3rd day and they are not done yet. They are always blaming the opposite shift. I do not recommend this store! Waiting for two hours each day. Insane.

Nicely organized store. You can find whatever youre looking for with no problem.

This particular OfficeMax is exceptional helpful staff. The lady that takes care of faxes; copies and emails is extremely helpful!!!

Poor customer service and phone professionalism. I was left on the phone for an extended period of time and no one ever came back to acknowledge my call. 9/10 3:39pm.I hope we get a competitor in the neighborhood very soon.

By far one of the worst stores to deliver to they like to take their sweet time and dont care about your time

So apparently during the quarantine everyone said “I don’t want hand sanitizer and soap, I want to purchase all of the HP Laptop chargers from Office Max.” I don’t understand how they were out of stock, unless the lady on the phone was just lazy an didn’t want to check, she was nice though.

Most of the staff is friendly and helpfull. Good deals also.

Staff at Office Max was very helpful.

As soon as we walked in staff greeted us and asked if they could help us find what we were looking for.

The last time i went in there with steel toe boots they Embarrassed me when the front door security scanning system went off. I had to take all my personal belongings out of my jean pockets and put my belongings on the sidewall shelf near the front door. I told them my boots were steel-toed. Just remember to not wear steel toe boots to a computer office store.

The staff here always put a smile on my face. Their print department works really hard, even if things are slightly off from time to time, they always work with me to make things right. This is my preferred location.
