Homewood Carpet and Flooring did a superb job installing our 2x2 porcelain tiles on a 20’x40’ porch area. What a difference this makes. In addition they installed engineered hardwood in a large great room and bedroom to match flooring in the remainder of the house. Perfect match and very professionally done. In both cases, Paul, Foo, and the installers were fabulous to work with. They are so knowledgeable and professional in all they do. Highly recommend them.

There were a couple of “rough patches with things that didnt go perfectly, but the owners were quick to take care of it, even with a death in their family and a major illness as well! I used Homewood Carpet and Flooring to replace carpet that I had in the basement. Foo was amazing to work with from beginning to end. He helped me choose the best flooring for the space. I ended up replacing the carpet with laminate flooring, and love what we picked out. I also had very uneven floors, and Foos team used a leveler to make sure everything was perfect before installing the flooring. The team that installed the flooring was professional, courteous, and on time. Every time I texted Foo with questions, he responded promptly. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I would definitely use Homewood Carpet and Flooring again!

Rescheduled 3 times. False advertising on site by the statement, 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Discussed issue with store manager, told him the only way to make it right was for the crews to come out when promised. Instead of having installers stay over and get the job done. I was told this is when it was going to be and made for a very unsatisfied customer. Much better experience with Dons Carpet One. Take your business elsewhere.

So happy with my floors. I chose to go with a darker grey flooring that is scratch proof and waterproof. I have a black lab, so these floors will be so much better than the dingy carpet I had. Paul was very prompt and even came to my condo to show me samples. I never even had to go in the store, everyone came to me! I called Homewood carpet and flooring, and the same afternoon I ordered my floors. Buk and his helpers were on time and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up very well after laying the floors and were respectful of my furniture and belongings. I live in a 750~ sq ft. Condo, approximately 3/4 of the condo flooring was being redone, and took 10 hours from start to finish. I would highly recommend Homewood Carpet and Flooring. Very responsive and helpful! Helped us out in a pinch when our first carpet installer backed out just a few weeks before the project date. Directed me to a carpet that was in stock (and what I wanted) so that the project could move forward on the timeline our business needed. At the install, they discovered an unexpected floor issue which required us to make a last minute change and he handled that and found an available carpet for us. Paul and his staff did a wonderful job with our flooring project! We had our red oak floors refinished and also had our stairs repaired. They took our very outdated and yellowed flooring and transformed it into a beautiful brown/gray color that is exactly what we had envisioned. They even mixed two of the stains to get the exact color we described. One room had several areas of stains that was so bad I wasn’t sure they would ever look normal, but they were able to make the stains completely disappear. They also replaced a broken part of one step and repaired the stair treads so that they no longer squeak! We are completely satisfied with the job that Homewood Carpet and Flooring did for us and we appreciate their professionalism and thoroughness.

I was unsure of what flooring I wanted, Paul was very helpful on helping me decide to refinish my hardwoods or to choose a new floor. He came to my house to show me color swatches and was willing to come back a second time when I thought I had changed my mind. I ended up going to his store and we picked out a beautiful floor that I am so proud of. Installation only took maybe 4 hours for my 900 ft. square floor. I would choose them again for my flooring needs. Will be redoing my kitchen floor soon, and definitely plan on calling Homewood Carpet and Flooring.

I have used Homewood carpet and flooring three separate times now for my home renovations and each time they exceed my expectations. I have tried to visit this store multiple times during the posted store hours, but they have been unexpectedly closed each time.

My experience with Homewood Carpet and Flooring was exceptional! I discovered their store quite by accident as a friend and I were searching for another carpet store which had recently closed. How lucky we were to stumble upon Homewood Carpet and Flooring and the Shunnarah brothers. Paul greeted us in their lovely, light filled showroom with a gracious, friendly and helpful attitude. It didn’t take us long to decide we both wanted to buy our carpet from Paul. Their selection of carpet was excellent and Paul’s knowledge and helpful attitude were just the combination I needed to help me make my decisions. My husband and I had three bedrooms and our stairs recarpeted. We also had an area rug for our sunroom made. When it came time to install, Foo helped us work with the installers to correct multiple squeaks in our subflooring which had developed over the years. The installers did a perfect job eliminating those squeaks and installing our carpet. From beginning to end, my experience with Homewood Carpet and Flooring was just what I hoped for and our carpet is beautiful. If I ever need flooring again, I will assuredly visit the Shunnarrah brothers!
