Moretti at Vulcan is a nice apartment community. There is a pool and fitness center. The apartments have nice finishes and good sized closets and balcony. Garages are available. Pet friendly.

I lived at the Moretti for two years. I enjoyed living in this complex (loved my neighbors and community) until moving out. Despite following instructions from the leasing manager (documented in emails and a print out), I was charged a 10% late fee on full rent that I did not owe (only owed 7 days of the month, not the entire month). Even if I did require a late fee (which I did not), it should be calculated on the 7 days of rent I owed before moving out, not the entire month. Due to the automated system being unable to prorate for less than a months rent, it calculates incorrect fees. This seemed like an easy fix as it was thoroughly documented and yet turned into an incredibly difficult situation. After going through the appeal process (balfour accounting line) and sending all documentation showing I had paid my full balance before moving out, I was denied by the Moretti leasing manager. This is extremely frustrating especially when the leasing manager is the person giving incorrect directions via email. Be very careful when leaving this complex!! I hope this does not happen to anyone in the future. I have several friends moving to Homewood, and will not be able to recommend this complex anymore.

Absolutely love this place! Will the leasing agent is super helpful and nice. All the tenants here are super friendly and always out and about walking their dogs. Definitely recommend living here!

I love this place!The facilities are kept very clean the pool is beautiful. The front desk staff are friendly and competant. The maintenance is timely and effective. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. I love that the place is so secure. The gate is maintained and kept closed. Nobody is getting in this place without an invitation.On that note there have been some problems with the guest check in call box. There were a couple of issues with the number being input incorrectly, they tried to fix it and didnt get it right the first time. Took a couple of weeks.Otherwise theyre great! Would recommend to anybody.

I am so pleased with the Moretti!. They are as helpful as can be. Clean and accommodating. Amenities are awesome! And the management is premium. Will has been incredibly on top of things throughout the whole process of getting settled here.

I love living at the Moretti!! I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and dont plan on living anywhere else. First of all the staff is amazing!! My neighbors are like family! The pool and amenities are the best and the location cant be beat.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The management and maintenance teams are second to none. If theres ever an issue, no matter how big or small, they go out of heir way to remedy and/or accommodate you. The best rental experience Ive ever had. Great neighbors as well. Everyone seems to look out for and respect each other. HIGHLY recommend.

The location is great, staff is awesome (Will rocks!), and the property is well-maintained. Maintenance is always on top of things. The neighbors are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this complex, especially for young families looking for something close to downtown.

I couldnt be happier with choosing Moretti. I rented sight unseen and was impressed by the complex upon arrival. The grounds were clean and neat and overall presented a nice setting. The apartment is quiet and spacious and has lots of cupboard space in the kitchen and.baths. The patio is a nice addition with seating for two with a table not a problem. I rented a garage space which provides some additional storage as well. I work downtown and make it to my parking garage in less than fifteen minutes. Downtown Homewood is a quick few minutes away and offers a small town atmosphere with shops and dining ( really like the number of places to eat with sidewalk seating). The staff in the office are professionals and each time I called the person that answered the phone had the answer and wanted to help. It is rare to find that type of responsiveness. I am happy with my choice. 😄

I have lived at the Moretti for three years now. I can honestly say Ive never had any complaints. I have always felt very safe here and the neighbors are always friendly. Its is very well maintained and clean. I would recommend the Moretti to anyone.

The apartments and amenities are nice. And the location is good. Maintenance is also quick to resolve problems. The office staff basically doesnt care about any of your problems, wont help or fix them, and will tell you that with little or no sympathy. Wish Id gone with another apartment complex.

I just renewed my lease with Moretti at Vulcan Park for a full year! How could I not? With one of the best locations in town, I am minutes from any popular destination I wish to visit, while still being provided with an environment of quiet seclusion when I come home. Additionally, the unique amenities offered at Moretti, including valet trash service and extremely fast responding maintenance workers, help to make my life easier. The grounds are always spotless and well groomed and the staff is helpful and pleasant to work with. All in all, I am confident that no other luxury apartments in Birmingham can compete with Moretti at Vulcan Park.

Apartments are basically brand new and very spacious. Has been perfect fit for two young professionals. The pool, fire pits, outdoor eating spaces and workout room are incredible and always clean. Overall has been a great experience!

Living here has been great for both myself and my roommate! The staff is very accommodating, and the apartment is wonderful! It has been home for almost 2 years, and I have loved every second. Amanda Lynch is always SUPER quick to get back to me and is really helpful with anything the residents of this apartment community need!

My husband and I lived here for 2 years. Everything is great! The floor plans are as advertised. The management are super helpful. Maintenance is very responsive to any issues that came up in the apartments. Its nice to live in a gated community with other residents and enjoy the pool and by the pool grills. We loved our time here! :)

The Moretti at Vulcan Park has been great in the short period of time we have loved there. The staff is always very nice and helpful with responses in a timely manner. My wife and I look forward to the rest of our first year here. Thanks to Amanda and Emily for all they do.

For the past 3 years, living at the Moretti has been a pleasure. Although over time the staff has changed, the quality of service has remained consistent. Things are kept orderly and repairs are executed swiftly. Both the maintenance and office teams will go above and beyond to accommodate special requests, like picking up packages left at your door when you are out of town to ensure their safety.Its the little things the Moretti team does that truly makes living here a community experience that feels like home.As a bonus, the location is hard to beat. You are central to all the hotspots in and around Birmingham!

Great apartments. Nice grills, good pool, very helpful staff, and great area of town. Maintenance is super efficient. You will enjoy Moretti. The work out room is nice too. Also you can walk to downtown homewood and uber downtown for $5. Strong apt.

Absolutely cannot beat the location of Moretti - 5 minutes driving into downtown and walking distance into Homewood. Very convienent to 31 and 280. Lots of dogs and multiple age groups. Great pool and exercise facilities! Ill be sad to leave!

We found the Moretti online as we didnt have time to see it before moving in. Stayed there for 1.5 yrs. We picked it out online from the reviews, a mistake we wouldnt want you to make. We later found out that it was not 5 stars at all. The dishwasher in our apartment didnt really do much cleaning and we often had to pre-soak our dishes before turning it on. Less than a month into moving in, the fridge door broke. This was clearly a wear and tear issue, a build up over years of abuse and not at all our fault. It was something that we didnt pay attention to on the move-in inspection, who would. When we mentioned that to management, they charged us $100 for replacing it regardless of our pleas. There were no negotiations there, we had to pay. The shared space outside of the apartments are not well kept at all and it partly depends on your neighbors. If you dont clean it, no one will. We often had to clean up litter, banana peels from outside our door cause theyve been there to rot for days. The light outside leading to our apartment has been broken for months. In the gym, one of the 2 treadmills is often out of order, though in fairness the place was always clean and well kept. Twice we had our packages stolen from outside our apartment, which bothered us enough to change our plans to be there whenever we expected a delivery. When we mentioned that to management, they blamed it on people sneaking in during Christmas season, but it happened again a few months later. We had a fair deal signing up for a 13 month lease initially, but because of work changes, we ended up paying a lot more because of the inflexible option renting an extra 5 months. The really worst thing about the apartment complex, something that I had not read anywhere and was very important, was that there is NO AT&T signal anywhere in our apartment. If it wasnt for wifi-calling, we would have had to break the lease from week one. Also the water/sewer utilities added expense is a whopping $75-85/month regardless of ur consumption. We were out of the apartment for 2 months straight and had to pay the same amount. In Summary, it really isnt a bad apartment complex overall. Wed probably do it again if we had to, accounting for all the inconveniences. Know what youre getting into. However, you will be very disappointed if you think of this as Luxury apartment living, the only luxury thing about the Moretti is their price!

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! USE CAUTION- THIS COMPANY WILL ROB ROB ROB YOU! REPORTING THEIR SORRY SELVES TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WORKING ON A LAWSUIT CURRENTLY. I have many friends who are realtors- and this companys disdain and disrespect is unreal. Medical professionals and good people are tenants. This company will create fees and continue to ignore your emails and calls. So sad that Fogelman has left, they were the only honest company in Chattanooga and has since lost my business forever. Be honest and upfront and respectful in business. This is the least you can do.
