Im happy to be the first to review the guys at the Laptop Zone. I had an odd problem, not with a laptop, but with a high end professional digital camera. While inserting a memory card, I inadvertently bent some pins on the connector. I could not see nor reach well enough to straighten them.I called the Laptop Zone and asked if they could help. They welcomed my business and told me to come on over. They looked at the job, and took it in for repair.A few days later, they called and told me it was ready for pickup. i went over, tested the camera, and it was fixed, good as new. They charged me $45.00 total, which was quite a bargain, because i had already received two estimates, one from a camera repair shop at $175 and another from the factory at $500. Plus, I did not have to ship my camera off.In addition, while I was there, they patiently answered questions on a new laptop I am considering for my business. I found them to be very customer service oriented and very polite as well. Should I need computer or cell phone repair in the future, the Laptop Zone has won my business.

I’ve been bringing my devices here for 2 years. I brought in my laptop when I was having difficulty taking exams. These guys fixed my laptop in no time, with no second guessing. They knew exactly what to do. With that alone, I’m a loyal customer. I’ve also brought in my IPhone to get fixed. Julio knows his stuff and is very efficient with his work.

These guys are more than good, they are great! I left a laptop with a usb port issue and the repair man was able to fix it the next day. Not only did he do it fast, but he was also able to give me advice on how to extend the life of my laptop.

I have had outstanding friendly service there on multiple occasions. I had some longer term problems and they called me back repeatedly and worked to fix my laptop remotely which was super nice so I didnt have to take it back in. It took a few tries but this was deep root stuff on the laptop. Places I have never seen and I do a lot of my own work on my own computers. (I was able to watch as he poked around inside my computer) I also have a lot of secure and private documents on my laptops and while I worried a bit leaving it with these guys ( I always think about that kind of stuff) I have never had any problems afterwards with any security or anything else. They do take big steps to correct problems. Sometimes not even letting me know whats going on. I trusted them though and everything has worked out. In one case they replaced a very old worn out /broken laptop with a newer version laptop, rather than trying to fix the broken hinges and screen. It made economic sense and they transferred all my data onto the laptop which had a bigger hard drive. So, overall I was a little surprised but it worked out and the new laptop has run well for months. Overall I would recommend these guys hands down. They are smart and take the steps to get you fixed and out the door.

These guys are wizards. No, grand wizards. I had a somewhat unique issue.I have a partitioned hard drive on my 2015 MacBook Pro so that I can run windows and apple programs separately. Recently I updated to the new apple OS and I use boot camp to go back and forth between the windows OS and the apple OS.Unbeknownst to me I didn’t take into consideration any changes that would have obviously occurred during a OS update. I got locked into my widows OS and had no way back into the apple portion.I brought it in and they fixed it in about 30 seconds.GRAND WIZARDS.I would highly recommend reaching out to them for any tech repair, reading some of the other reviews they’ve fixed cameras, cell phones, tablets and of course computers & laptops.Pure professional service with a handshake and a smile.

Being a woman with no knowledge of computers, I was worried that I would get taken for a ride. I WAS NOT. When I asked about pricing the guy here explained each part of the bill and only charged me for an hour of labor even though the job took two days. Worth the good review and definitely wprth the trip to see them.

Went here expecting the repair to be long and expensive because my friends told me what I needed done would take a long time to do. After 3 hours the technician called me back and the work was done! I have been using my device for about 48 hours now and it is running great. Thank you Laptop Zone!

Took my broken Iphone here to avoid dealing with Apples ridiculous steps and prices for fixing minor issues. I also didnt have the time to take the phone up to Miami just for Apple to diagnose it; and then take a week to actually fix it. This place was great. I took the phone here and came out with it repaired on the same day in about 10 minutes. The end price was extremely cheap as well. If you have an apple device that is having issues; Id strongly advise to take it here first before trying to get it repaired by Apple; it will save you a lot of time, and money.

My daughter was correct, these guys know what to do.I needed a new keyboards expecting a couple day fix, and was worried my data would be breaced. The technician had it done in less than 5 minutes even though I had watched 20 minute youtube videos attempting to do the repair myself! Not only that he didnt touch any of my data! These guys know their stuff! Helped me with my ipad, iphone, and laptop. replacing the glass on two of them and cleaning the viruses on the other. Not only were they helpful, they gave me a discount! I didnt have a google account before this. THAT IS HOW GOOD THEY ARE.

I was helped by Robert. He cleaned up my old desktop and it is running great. I originally thought I needed to upgrade my internet, but after remoting in before I even came to the store Robert told me my internet was fine and that the problem more than likely was the system. I had my Computer back next day!

Took my laptop to get a new screen since mine was broken. That was the only problem with this laptop. I was told they would update my computer. When i recieved it, it wouldnt turn on so i took it back and said it was dropped. At no moment did i drop it. So it got fixed and i recieved it. Now it says my wondows is FAKE and to consider replacing my battery. I had to reset the laptop on my own and now i cant connect to OF COURSE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. And the owner is really rude with his own employees infront of the customers.

Very poor service. The guy in there damaged my computer. Took it the to get cleaned and they took All my software off of the hardware! Then wanted to charge me to put on what he took off

Unlocked my iPad when Apple couldnt. What took apple 9 hours, took these guys 15 minutes and they didnt charge me. They even answered my questions regarding my other apple devices.

Took computer in for being slow AND the battery wouldnt charge. They gave it back $100 later and the battery still wont charge. Yet said they would give me one and when I called back they said they would order it for me. Worst shop ever.

This place is horrible i took my computer there to be repaired and forgot to log out of my google account only to noticed when i got home from it being repaired that my google account was hacked from the manager of this place with all of my personal information and when i confronted him he began to get arrogant and cocky and wouldnt let me get a word in and then he hung the phone up on me.So from there i had to go make a police report and he is being investigated as we speak of...Oh and also he steals parts in your computer and replaces it with low cost parts dont believe me go see for yourself

Although they couldnt help me, they were honest and kind. I asked them about upgrading my laptop, and they said I didnt need it, pointing me towards a virus removal. Now my computer is running like a new machine!
