I filed my recent return on February 18th with Jenny; I come to find out the documents sent out to the IRS are completely different from the sheets given to me. I also came to find out they placed their direct account & routing # & not mine. Please research different locations/professionals & get your taxes done by qualified individuals.

I have to admit, I have been to other tax offices and the experience Ive gotten here was above my expectations. I was having issues with my taxes (or at least I thought I was) and I was afraid the office would be closed after tax season but I was able to call and come by to get help. Heber and Yajaira have been so amazing with me. Their so knowledgeable with whats going with IRS and helped me get my return processed. They dont mind that I call several time, its always a great customer service with them. I highly recommend them. You can rest assure, they will help you at all times.

Me:” hi, I was wondering if I can get a pdf copy from my taxes”Shayla:”what do you want them for?”Me:”.....personal reasons..”Shayla: “ok, one moment”*holds for 1-3 minutes*Shayla:”and they didn’t give you a copy?”Me:”I need a pdf, they didn’t send me one this time“Shayla: ”ok, what’s your name...thanks will send them over”*waits 3 hours before dialing back*Me : hi, I was wondering if you can help me get a copy of my taxes, wanted to make sure I didn’t miss them.Shayla:” ...I already gave them to the person that sends them”Me:”ok, do you know how long it may take just for me to know”Shayla: *annoyed* ” soon....”Me: “I’m sure you have an eta, even if it’s a day or two, week, month etc”Her:”today”.Done my taxes there 4 years in a row, sucks how one person with a miserable tone changes that. To each their own, but I would want someone to tell me the nasty attitude they take after you did your taxes. Keep the pdf.

Definitely don’t recommend. Please save your time and find someone else that’s more professional. My fiancé and I filed last year with Eddia, I got my taxes. But my fiancé never did, we will reach out every other day but she will never be in the office, or she will “reach out”.pretty much avoided us at all times. He never saw his money or a stimulus check and she never explained why, never heard from her again. Avoid this place, by all means or her at least.

But the receptionist that touched me today (4/15/19) gave me a lousy service, I understand that these are the most critical days for them, but equally good customer service has to be all year. I do my Taxes here many years ago since it opened and every year I have seen its Professionalism I have always done it with Samuel the owners brother but they are all very good, Always willing to help with their good treatment and Seriously I recommend them
