I went I to find out what I needed to take in and to make an appointment but the advisor asked the receptionist what I and the only other person there were waiting. She looked at my W2 and assumed I would need to pay and didnt qualify for a refund so she told me that she needed to work and couldnt even pass me to the office to properly orientate me because she was gonna take care of the other person that walked in after me to file. Extremely Rude and unprofessional!!!
