The quality of the rentals is superb too. He offers excellent package deals that include the tent, tables, chairs, and linens. We also rented a farm table which was beautiful!!!! Working with Claudias party rentals was a real stress reliever for me, as I single-handily took on the task of coordinating my daughters wedding. The owners personally took the time to take my calls and tend to all my needs; the food selection they suggested was delicious and the portions just right. I do not even know where to start!! My even took place October 10,2020 I was running around trying to find good and affordable chairs. I came across Claudia rental and honestly I could have never been more happier! When I looked at the tables with the chairs I had rented it look for a second like a normal wedding!! Due to the circumstances we live in we couldn’t have the amount of people we wanted but we sure felt special seeing the tables well decorated and the chairs gave it the little touch that it needed!! Service was great and very attentive!! They even gave me a call the day before to confirm arrival time. Really grateful and in the future plan on renting again!

I ordered tables and chairs last minute for my birthday which apparently was a very popular day 10/10/20. They made sure I had my tables a couple of days in advance due to how booked they were already, not to mention the pick up was Smooth the following Monday. The price was great. The tables and chairs looked fantastic. We got the farm tables and cross back chairs diverted to us. They set it up where we wanted and picked up the day after our event.

Claudias Party Rentals are GREAT!!!! They came through and went above and beyond with there customer service. My sons party was great. We had an Elmo character that came to the house and i have to say it was the best costume i had seen in a while. Their 3 and 1 combo was great for the kids. We also rented a tent,chairs and tables. Everything was in excellent condition. Carlos even threw in table clothes and the Chaffing dishes for free. I honestly have to say that i would recommend them to anyone who asks. Customer Service was great during the planning stages but a little slow to respond via email - phone is better for this company. All the rental equipment was fairly priced compared to others in the market. It arrived on time and clean. A few minor complaints, I ordered chaffering dishes that should have come with all the burners but they didnt deliver enough and my food was cold and hard to keep warm with half the burners supplied. Also, I wish they would have come to pick up at the end of the night or latest very early in the morning since this was a rental facility and its easy for things to get misplaced or missing the longer the pick up is delayed. Most vendors had all their materials gone by 9am the next day. All equipment was accounted for except the cloth napkins that they left without during the pickup. They contacted me afterwards and I tried to contact the venue to help locate but by then I was over 1K miles away. I was concerned they would try to charge for the napkins then I would have complained about the burners. Neither happened, I would rent from here again but make sure you check the delivery before they leave and call to have them come pick up asap when hosting a large event.

Pricing is fair got a great deal.they catered and we rented tables/chairs/tent from them! A little delay in the email response, suggest to communicate via phone if thats a big deal for you. all my calls text concerns etc where address. Carlos and his staff are awesome. They were fantastic! I met with the owner and he was so polite and gave me great deals. We met with my husband to see examples of what things would look like and worked out the details 4 months ahead of time. As the wedding got near, they were flexible with time and details for drop off, when the day came they were prompt and the owner dropped everything off. Overall, the company was easy to work with, every phone call was simple- every question was answered. When the day came they really surprised us.We were going to rent three 25 runners and they surprised us with one 75 runners - really went above and beyond according to my husband. We had one problem - some chargers didnt match each other and had damages - and only the friends that helped set things up knew about it.

We were blessed to have Claudia Party Rental caterer pretty much all aspects of the wedding from chairs, table clothes, bars, dinner set and food. Carlos, was professional and guided us to what would work. His wife was so sweet and her along with a team set up the whole ballroom. Delivery was perfectly on time. I was always able to contact the party company for quick last minute changes, they offer a variety of food. I love the host, who took care of my guest. I think it was carefully planed. Had our dream beach wedding feb 3rd at dream bay resort. Claudias party rentals set up our tent the day before, it was so beautiful it was wrapped in white sheer material, the lights were gorgeous under tent, they really did an amazing job . They were promptly on time and were there first thing the next am to break down. We had the most beautiful white chairs and everything was just so perfect. The owner is the worst. Cant take responsibility on what he does. We told him specifically a time because its a club house, ends up calling us last minute to drop it off at 9am at our home. We had to take it to the club house which is far so why did I even pay for delivery?? He blamed us when I clearly called to confirm the day and time. I would had canceled everything. Worse service ever. Very unprofessional.

Wish I could give zero stars. I rented a few chairs and they called me to have them returned earlier than agreed. I also had to clean the chairs when i picked them up. they where filthy, One of my guest mentioned she rents chairs somewhere else for half the price I paid.

I have been using Claudias for the past 5+ years for small events. I ususally do anywhere from 3 to 10 events a year. Everything from b-day party to 4th of July, to Thanksgiving and X-mas. Bounce House for daughters birthdays, tables and chairs for gatherings and the such. In February my out of town nephew asked me to host his wedding. This wedding was to occur in April. I decided I would not be doing any of the major work so I went into Claudias and met with Carlos and Andres. In a little over an hour I had the entire wedding covered. Talk about one stop shop. I had the Tent, seating for ceremony, tables, flooring (for entire party area not just Dance floor), catering, pictures, Im telling you everything was taken care of. Both these guys made several phone calls through out the entire planning time, were present for the engagement photos, were on site the day of the wedding, and followed through after the wedding. This is a company who I learned treats you as family. I am eternally greatful for all the help. If they didnt realize it before, I am confirming it to them now, they have me as a customer for life.I recommend you contact Carlos or Andres soon as you have the hint of having any size event. Trust me they will make it real easy for you so you may enjoy yourself and not have to worry.

I am very sorry to say that the service of this company was irresponsible since the LATE delivery led us to a delay in our program, unfortunately we had no solution since for this company the client is not right .... the tables are a bit worn and dirty chairs .... delivery arrived a day after what had been written on the payment invoice ... I hope they improve because in homestead they have much and better competition !!!
