RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, BAD MANNERS. It’s 11:00 PM on a Tuesday night and I just finished talking to the person who was helping me with my web design. I cannot begin to describe how disappointed I’m with their survive.This person was recommended to me as a profesional and that is the least I have received from his services. I hate writing reviews but the experience has been so bad that I don’t want other small business owners to ever deal with this. At the beginning of the process I spoke to the owner of the company he mentioned that he will do what I needed for a specific price. I explained to him clearly to give me the best possible price, since my investment had been huge and I was not even near opening day.I paid him exactly what he asked for, even before he started working on the website. I was not happy with what he did and guided him and send him information of what I wanted the page to look like. Since I saw that he was not finishing or doing what I had asked or wanted through text I asked him if we could meet again. He said that he was super busy and tried brushing me off. I explained to him that I wanted to meet with him because I had a dead line for the website to be done since we were near the opening day. At this point he started talking about a contract, which he never spoke about before that day. That I would have to pay him for every visit an amount and anytime he changed anything on the website as well. I forgot to mention he was very pleasant and happy the first two times when he explained the price and the day he came to pick up the check. After that I had to continue asking him to do the changes day after day. I also explained to him that the website was very important for our company and it has to be perfect. Time after time. He will tell me things like “I’msuper busy send me emails with this information.” He was kind of rude to me a couple of times and said that he would have someone else contact me because he was pretty busy at work.It’s been three months after we first talked and the virtual consultation feature on the website is not even working. I told him that I had hired a different company and that I needed him to fix what was pending before they started working on the website. I can only tell you that the website looks pretty but it’s the slowest website in town. After months of dealing with this person tonight he has been the most disrespectful I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is mad that I hired a marketing company for the maintenance of my website. I spoke to him and said before they start I want to make sure that everything I paid you for is working properly and is efficient. One of the website features which I spoke to him about a month ago is not even working. He was very rude and said that he does not ever what to hear from me and that his job is done. I cannot believe there are people still out there like that. He was rude, disrespectful, and has the most horrible manners.I want to Make very clear that the only reason i wrote this reviews is based on the treatment he has given me as a client it has been HORRIBLE, the WORST.
