I was home all day awaiting a package from UPS, I was on my computer when I saw an email flash up on the screen saying You package is delivered to your front door. I opened the door and there were no package. I kept calling the UPS but its been futile. They promise to give me a call back before 5pm but no one call back, I kept calling to no avail. I called again at they told me expect a call by 6pm again no one cares. I am confused a customer had a valid complain and it is not taken seriously.
For the past 3 years, whenever I visit this location, I am waited on by the same woman. She is the best! Her warm personality is a credit to the organization. She is always helpful and genuinely endearing. She deserves something to acknowledge the wonderful service she provides on a consistent basis.
Corner service lady was spectacular to deal with very knowledgeable of my package pickup process.
My first job was as a UPS helper driver and Ive never had any issue with them in before. I loved the brown....but what I experienced today at this location was the worst customer service interaction Ive ever witnessed.Our business opens at 12pm, but I did not specify this for the package, and the driver left the notice indicating attempted delivery and instructions to pick it up at a UPS location 10 minutes away. Understood.I called and was told re-delivery is not available for this package today and the only way to get it today is going to my local UPS customer center, but they wont open until later and to expect a call. Eventually a private number calls to tell me I *must arrive before 8pm* if I want to get my package, and I must bring a release letter from my employer to release the package to me...so I bend over backwards to get the letter and request to leave 30 mins early to arrive at the UPS customer center on time...I got there at 7:50pm only to be told by a rude woman he aint gonna be here til 9...when I asked if theres any way hes still on the road and able to bring the package to the location she sighed and said lemme see and began typing on her computer. My experience working at UPS and common sense told me that she must be messaging the driver, and because she eventually said he says yeah, maybe and I should expect the package tonight, but it wasnt guaranteed...when I started asking more questions about the process, if she could contact the driver and tell him I am here but on the way back, and despite the fact that we close at 8 me or someone will be there past business hours, and this whole situation is ridiculous...she brushed me off and said i have to get going to my destination...I immediately contacted customer service, and eventually spoke to a supervisor, but while on hold (and after driving back to work) I was notified that the package will arrive Monday.At this point I asked to speak to the supervisors supervisor while I drove back to the UPS customer center.I figured there must be a supervisor on duty willing to help in this unconventional situation (I still had hope in UPS customer service...) outside of their normal hours, and the supervisor on the phone agreed, and said she will contact a manager on duty right now to bring the package out since I had already driven there twice...While on hold I spoke to the VERY friendly security guard and explained the situation....He was sympathetic to my cause and agreed that my situation was absurd, but did his due diligence as a security guard because I was there outside of normal business hours...right then the supervisor comes back from hold and actually ASKED ME to ask the security guard if he had a radio, or some form of contact to the manager on duty because they were not answering either of the 2 phone numbers she was calling...he did not. Had someone picked up the phone inside, I would have my package now and wouldnt ever feel the need for the review, but at this point it was painfully obvious that this center is managed beyond poorly, and I was now FURIOUS not even about my package, but God forbid something were to happen to this lovely elderly gentleman who could be my grandpa, and he has no way to contact any help during an emergency!This whole situation reached a height of absurdity that I had nothing else to do but laugh it off, at least I have something to rant about to my friends and laugh about.I managed to make arrangements for the weekend without my package (a PC) but the inconvenience, and my attempt at remediation bringing the CRITICAL FLAWS of this ups customer center to light. I do not know the name of the woman who contacted me and was unhelpful when I first arrived...I know customer service can be challenging, but she is in need of re-training immediately.I will never use UPS as my preferred shipping ever again.
The man there was rude whoever he was. Didn’t want to attend us. And they were just looking at me while I was trying to grab their attention to ask a question. I was knocking on the door because it was closed. And they just ignored me I felt disrespected. After about ten minutes some guy just gives me hand signals saying their closed. Like I was so mad. they should’ve said that earlier instead of making me look like an idiot banging on the door. Thanks a lot unknown man. 😐
The worst company. It’s terrible when you work from home and they claim your not home. Or item delivered at your home and package at the first door and your home with no package at the front door. Hard to spk to someone. I am so upset with this company.
How is possible that living only 1.5 miles from this ups center my packages are allways delivered to the wrong placed just because I live in a new construction complex since 6 month ago and google and map quest arent updated his databases, or the gps navigation system the company used, I live more less in the corner of 133th ave and 250 th terrace and every time the package is delivered by real brown UPS trucks they failed ti delivered my stuff, they left the package in a house located almost 10 Avenues to the east, and even worst is the fact that the drivers dont check the house numbers, they just left the package and is impossible that the house number is the same, sometimes the person who live in there take the package to our home, but only sometimes is good to know theres good people yet. The best thing is when the package is deliver by an amazon or a contractor we never had a problem even the usps is perfect and go to this place and ask for my packages is a waste of time the poor lady in the front desk cant do anything, this company priority is not delivery the packages in the right way; they real goal is finish the routs quickIs a real shame, I hope that amazon grow more and dont use UPS any more
My box was badly damaged and things fell out of the bottom as soon as I got home. UPS can do better than this. Also, very displeased with the fact I have to drive out to middle of the country to pick up my own package since they make little effort to deliver to new address. Miraculously, last Friday they found it! wish that guy was my driver since amazon insists on using UPS.
Horrible company 3days in a row they had my package for delivery and didnt even try to deliver the package, then they wanted me to pick up the package myself and do their job for them. If you dont want stress stay away from this company!!! Plus the customer service is horrible McDonalds has better employees. Cars piled picking their packages,how ridiculous is that .

Lazy Drivers always mark packages as undeliverable due to “wrong address” even though when you call customer service they confirm the same address that are on the packages. Supervisor “Lisa” at hub is rude and unprofessional. Straight Garbage.
My experience was very poor cause this ups closed at 12:30pm then reopen at 5:00pm If someone have to pick up a package at that time you will not let Given the option To pick it up and if you have to work when they reopen the package will be sent to the previous person who live in Michigan who sent it down south florida This is totally unprofessional the UPS customer service number Is a total waste of a phone call

The receiving area looks like a trucker receiving stop. It is called a customer center but going in there, I feel like Im a warehouse employee about to clock in.
Always fast and efficient the lady the works there at 10am is amazing i pick up my wifes meds once a month and she already knows our name and has the stuff ready to go just awesome

I would have given UPS Depot 5 stars in the past as they were open until 21:00 to pick-up packages that required a signature, not any more. They have changed their hours and the Customer Service office closes at 19:00 now.

UPS is trash. They apparently lock your packages in a container over the weekend, even if it is their own fault that they did not deliver on time. If you need reliable delivery, I would call a different company. Dont let them screw you like they unapologetically screwed me.

It could take sometime before they help you but other then that its ok. The place is well hidden in the farm area so be aware of this. The entrance not that well documented but its the same as for the UPS trucks.

The driver that was responsible for the 33030 deliveries on 11/06/15 on the afternoon shift is HORRIBLE at their job. I left a note on the door saying that im home and to knock loud, and when i go to check outside theres a note that says i missed the delivery when i was home waiting and they knew it. THEY DID NOT EVEN KNOCK. I also paid for 2 days shipping which was 15 extra bucks and they dont care at all. I really hope they can find out who that driver is because hes just going around trying to finish his day instead of doing his job. Very displeased with the homestead UPS logistics group.
This is the worst service...UPS is so unprofessional...they seemed to have lost my package and all they do is apologized... Managers/Supervisors promised to call you back but they never did...they are of no help...they have caused me a lot of inconvenience and keeps giving me incorrect information...Never again!
Before I start I like to say I have always loved UPS I always thought very highly of them from other delivery companies but now this happened and I need to start looking for other shippers. This place is unhelpful they have been closed for the past 3 days since hurricane irma hit every other UPS store is open even the doral UPS customer center is open. I also noticed FedEx was up and running and DHL I can not believe these people are still closed I also drove there just to make sure there was no flood,debris, nothing wrong around the area as to why they cant be open. To top it off the part that really annoyed me was every time I called customer service for any update I was calling the Philippines Call Center WHAT THE HELL?????? What happen to calling the United States???????? I couldnt understand them and they were clueless about my package no help at all. VERY UPSET.....

Came in to deliver a package, came out in 2 minutes. The wait time in the line was almost the entirety of time I spent there and the actual process of giving the clerk the package and scanning it, etc. was 10 seconds.
