Great trainers, horrible facilities.The trainers are really good at what they do. I especially like Matt and Yvette, but honestly all of the instructors have been great. The facility also offers a very diverse workout schedule with lots of different activities at different times of day to accommodate different schedules. So I do appreciate that.Where they fall FAR short on expectations is the general facility conditions. Equipment is old and outdated. Many of the machines and spinning bikes need maintenance desperately. The locker room is gross and needs renovations and repairs. The pool seems to be plagued with breakdowns and is rarely open during the hours I would actually want to use it.At the time that I write this, the building has been without A/C for at least four weeks. Thats right... FOUR WEEKS (during peak heat of September and October, no less) where paying customers have to work out in rooms where the temps easily exceed 85 degrees, and sometimes are so high that it actually becomes dangerous.While nice, most of the staff are clueless and cant answer simple questions about why the A/C isnt being properly repaired.Im puzzled as to where all the monthly membership fees are going if theyre not being used to maintain/replace equipment and keep the facilities in decent shape.I keep toying with the idea of dropping my membership and going to another gym, but its the excellent trainers that keep me here. If they leave, Im outta here.

Mrs. Luisa H in room 7 was a blessing to my child and my family. She is the reason he is now an honor roll student in elementary and we still come back to bring her coffee. Worth it!!!

At first the whole idea of this preschool was wonderful. Everyone seemed nice. Until my son Was Bitten three times and no one did a thing. Every time I complained, they would brush me off like it was not important. Then I took it up to the highest director and she said they have a protocols. My Sons last week showed me what kind of protocol they had. He went from having two teachers almost all the time to having one teacher because they needed the other teacher in another class. When they said protocol for a biter would be to add a teacher it seems like they subtracted a teacher. Maybe many parents do not care to complain or just take the poor excuses those people offer as a fair answer but not me. So thank you for a horrible experience at the YMCA. I will make sure to tell everyone that I know not to take their children there. Not like anybody at the YMCA cares.

Ymca is very poorly administrated. The trainers are great, so is the staff. The problem is they do not clean or care about the gym, bathrooms and equipment. They have been getting complaints for years and still do nothing. It all comes from above. They need to make better decisions on how and where to allocate this money and not bring it down to their associates. Who is ever in charge on the top is not re-investing the money in the business. Where could all of this money possibly be going to?

I have been a member for over 5 yrs here and when it came time for me to renew which by the way I have had problems doing this the past 3 years. 1st year never received the notice and they started charging my account full price so I deactivated my account until it was straightened out. 2nd year they lost my paperwork so I deactivated again. So now that its that time again and a women by the name of BRIANNA who says shes in change of that dept. now who is quite rude for one and had racially profiled me which is against the law and can can take legal action for her harrassment. I had my paperwork like Ive done every year and told me no that I needed and required more paperwork. Which I never needed before. They want your whole life history (2 months bank statements, pay stubs, W2, if your recieve government assistance your SS to the color underwear your actually wearing RIDICULOUS your whole life history just to receive a $10.00 DISCOUNT since its only for my son who plays basketball and may lift some weights. WHICH BY THE WAY I PAYED FOR THE WHOLE SUMMER AND MY SON WASNT ABLE TO PLAY SINCE THEY HAD THE GYM OCCUPIED THE WHOLE SUMMERTIME 3 MONTHS OF MY MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN!!! So this BRIANNA ACTUALLY STATED THAT THE REASON THEY ASK FOR ALL OF THIS IS BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE ME LIKE TO LIE AND NOT GIVE ALL FULL INFO TO RECIEVE THE DISCOUNT) REALLY PEOPLE LIKE ME???? SO PPL LIKE ME LIKE TO LIE?! WHY CAUSE IM LATINA AND YOUR WHITE AMERICAN AND THEN CONTINUED TO ASK IF I WAS DONE WHICH I WASNT AND SHE WALKED OFF. I ASKED FOR THEIR CORPORATE NUMBER AND I WILL BE REPORTING HER UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.

Nice pool, decent exercise rooms, and the nicest staff you could ask for, at an affordable price.Ideal for large families, but not for a hardcore gym rat.

This place is amazing, you guys should really upgrade the pics doe! Idk but this pics might b like in 07.... But I have tons of homies in that basketball court. The football field is amazing. And the basketball court, is 10/10 Im glad you guys have that 1 full court, and one 7f or 6f basketball board, half court! Cuz sometimes the high schoolers take the full court at night! Then the middle schoolers just dunk in the half court! This is the best, place ever bruh!

To expensive and the weight room is to small not a lot of equipment, the only reason I even go to this gym is cause homestead still dont have a LA fitness, and planet fitness is to pack and to small but planet fitness haves better and more equipment then YMCA but u pay less

What a horrible place to bring your kids with any kind of disability the staff do not know how to deal with childrens with special needs specially aquatic director Ishmael not happy at all and would like to cancel membership YMCA should be ashamed of themselves

Out of date and The equipment and areas used for weights are dirty and unmaintained. Expensive for lack of cleanliness,limited pool schedule. Sports for kids highly disorganized.. Beware you will spend a whole lot of money for a poor maintained facility.
