I went to Abolsky & Associates because of an immigration issue with my passport And Hugo completely lied to me. Their Free consultation came from Hugo who not a lawyer. Never go to a lawyer with a free consultation so they can tell you whatever they want and get you to sign their retainer. Thousands of dollar wasted. please do your research and get a lawyer with a paid consultation so they can really look into your case and Help you, not rob yo, and dont use the same lawyer for all your legal problems, used different lawyers. I recently got into the Offices of Homestead in concerns towards a personal traffic ticket. Jason, my attorney is AMAZING. The paralegal Hugo, helped my mother & I out in both English & Spanish since she did not understand much. He explained the process thoroughly and clearly. I felt right at home, my case was closed in about a week and their prices are the best in Homestead after trying out other Attorneys. I definitely recommend them!

Bad customer service. The manager, Hugo, is rude and does not speak any English so to understand him if you do not speak the language is a problem. He seems to have no patience with clients when they call. If you cannot communicate with the client than DO NOT answer the phone.
