Moved down to the Keys from NY, and wanted to stay with State Farm. Since there are no State Farm offices in the Keys, this Agent was the closest available. I had such a horrible experience with this Agent. From the start, I had issues with them sending physical paperwork, signing me up for programs I didnt want to take part in (drive safe and safe), automatic debit, and they called and texted me multiple times a day during my busiest work hours for things I already requested that I did not want. Then yesterday, I get a letter in the mail stating that my premium on my RV is going up $487/year?! I am cancelling and going with DTRT/ progressive. Rates are better and employees have more knowledge of their policies. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT!

Omg, this is not the State Farm of old. Staff is disorganized, to say the least. Was assigned to this office 4 years ago when my agent of 30 years in Coral Gables passed away unexpectedly. Im patient but dont know for how much longer. Too many errors, slow service and overall ambience of confusion at this office. Not at all what I was used to in the past. I would not recommend using this office. Hope they read this and take steps to improve.

If there’s 0 stars I would have chosen that! Every change I need to make seems very difficult for them to do! No one answers the phone, emails and voicemail messages are not being returned! Poor follow through. Unacceptable customer service standards. I don’t know how this office is surviving. Spoke to Misline Allan herself and she told me that if the complaint does not reach her desk, she wont know. Shes making excuses to every concern I voiced. HA! Really? Youre a business owner you should know EVERY complaint that reaches THE OFFICE. You have to let everyone know in your office that you want to know and hold them accountable. Have 15 minute briefings every morning. You need to be there and work! You need to be involved in every mishap that happens in your business! I finally had to tell her, I want a different State Farm office to insure my 2 cars.Spoke to a Melissa last Friday, 4/8/16 and explained to her all the changes I want and she advised me that I need to email it to her. So I did. I also included in my email to call me first thing Monday morning before she makes the changes so I know what the difference in my payments would be. Its Monday 4/1/16 at 12:30 pm. No Phone call. I called them and no one knew what I was talking about! I called the corporate office and voiced my concern. I called Misline Allan again and asked them to stop my recurring payments. I was told that I will be charged a 1 month deposit, etc, etc, etc! This is getting ridiculous! I spoke to the new State Farm agent and she advised me that all the changes needed to get done by the old agent and it takes 48 hours for the policy to get to them. Funny, I was told by Misline Allan’s office that the New agent has to make all the changes. I’m being passed around! No one seems to care nor want to do the work! So the new agent spoke to the old agent’s office and she told me that the old agent’s office will call me and ask me all the changes that needs to be made and they will do it. I already did that last Friday! UGH!!!! It’s 140pm on Monday 4/11/2016 and no phone call. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE FOR YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS! BEWARE!

I been a client for very long time and the lady named Amalia is an unprofessional lady that works there she doesn’t know what she is doing and never helps I went in a couple of times to to get a better rate on my insurance and she even tried to tell me “ill move you to another company” she had also given me a price and when I got my insurance policy it was higher than what she had told me she is very rude and all the time she is lost I talked to them and asked to have someone else to take my case but they keep give her my case and I don’t know how someone can work there without the knowledge of knowing what they doing most of the time she tells you something but puts something else on the computer I’m tired of her unprofessional behavior and attitude towards me the reason she still has a job is because of the people who has their car insurance with State Farm but it’s unacceptable for that type of manner
