I made an appointment to have my SUV inspected to determine the cause of an oil leak and to diagnose an A/C issue. Both issues were resolved in a timely manner and at a fair price. I highly recommend Sons Automotive Repair to anyone who needs auto maintenance or repair.

Second time Ive taken a car here. First time I had stripped the bolt for oil and they replaced and changed my oil amd filter for $20 (I brought oil/filter with me). This time they checked my car because i felt it running funny; when they found nothing, they didnt even charge me for diagnostic. Honest, reliable and friendly. This review is the least I can do. Only place I feel comfortable taking my car to now.

Took my car in for inspection after seeing reviews. Customer service was on point. I had an 08:00 appointment and was taken care of as soon as I arrived. I felt this location was honest and will do what is best in the customers interest. I would recommend and will use Sons again i have any car issues.

LOVE THESE GUYS!!! Straight forward, no BS shop. Between work and personal vehicles I have somewhere around seven.....and that that doesn’t include generators, ATVs, golf carts, etc. Frank and Chris have been servicing them all for about five years now. I can not speak highly enough about them and their service. Even when they’ve gotten a bad part from a distributor, they always warranty it and make things right. Absolutely, THE BEST!!!

Went in for an issue with my power steering. He explained everything clearly, gave me an accurate estimate on the cost of each individual part that would need to be purchased and clearly labeled the cost of labor. No gimmicks or tricks, just pure honest full disclosure of information. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Just moved here from NJ found these guys online, Frank and Chris are great, professional and very knowledgeable. I went there thinking I had a suspension problem turns out I just needed motor mounts, so glad I found this place. Ill definitely be coming back whenever I need more work, thanks again guys!

When you have car trouble it is never good. But if you have to spend money for repairs you want to deal with honest, efficient and persons with a great reputation. That is what I found at Son’s Auto Repair, Homestead. The work is excellent with a fair price. Owner was willing to wait after hours for me to pick up my car. I forgot to call, but he did not hold it against me and provided great service. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Customer service is awesome. That is a pet peeve of mine. Be courteous to people that are in need. That is what I found at Son’s. Thanks again.

These guys are great! Very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic in Miami when I leave this shop I don’t feel like Ive been robbed. Another great thing is that they back up their work.Peace of mind is priceless.

Chris is the best!!! I have a four wheeler and a dune buggy that wasnt in working conditions. Chris figured it out. Not only that, he called after the repair to check that it was still running. Great Customer Service!!!

I think its about time I wrote a review. Ive been coming to Sons auto for years now. Frank and Chris are great mechanics who are punctual, observing, attentive, honest, and reasonable. They get the work done without a doubt. I never leave worrying if the work was done right. All in all the customer service is amazing, they truly make me feel like family!

I have a 1978 dodge Magnum. I recently put in a Holley four barrel carburetor and was having problems getting it dialed in correctly, hesitating on acceleration, I also had electrical issues with the tail lights, inside courtesy lights and one of my headlights. I also needed the water pump and the power steering pump replaced.I spoke with the owner Frank he was very courteous and professional, it’s obvious he knows a lot about older cars.. He is the only one in Homestead that I could find to work on the Holley carburetor.. I dropped the car off in the morning and I was called about 3 o’clock to come pick it up. They fixed all the issues .Very fair pricing and great service, Thanks to Frank and his staff my car has never ran this well.Son’s Automotive Repair is the only place I’m going to use.

My first time going here, on the recommendation of a friend. Super friendly, professional, quality service. Was worried about where to go to get my 4x4 fixed, didnt want to get ripped off. Chris found the problem, didnt try to sell me on other stuff i didnt need or tell me other stuff was wrong with it. Fixed it for wayyy less than i was expecting. Also, fixed my a.c. which was blowing hot. Now, my 4x4 is engaging and my a.c. is ice cold. Overall, extremely happy with the service, will definitely be coming back! I am a 1st time customer,I found son’s auto repair shop on google, I checked the reviews since the ratings were good didn’t read anything about them ripping customers off so I called to see if there price would beat my mechanic price which it did I dropped the car off they got right on it, in no time I received a call to pick up the car I let them purchase my parts so I got 12months warranty on my parts so please drop the fraud mechanics and go check them out I promise you won’t be disappointed (best believe my review is real because if I had any problem with there service there would be no good review from me)

Dont go ANYWHERE ELSE...I finally found my local mechanics, like I use to have years ago. Thank you Chris. Customer Service, Outstanding. Fantastic Attitude, not pushy, respectful. He listened to what I was saying. He/they did not try to get extra $ out of me for work I didnt want at this time. Knowledge/Diagnosis: Outstanding. Ive done engine work myself, and consider myself pretty good at determining the problem with my vehicles (when You Tube did not exist), The speed of the work was impressive, full clutch kit complete install and test drive on a 4x4 Tacoma, approx 4 hours. (For those who dont know, a clutch helps you shift gears Manually, lol).Ive lived in 6 states throughout my life, owned as many vehicles, and Sons Auto was the most impressive. I will go to them for both my vehicles.

Car stopped working and I sent my husband over there after looking up a shop close to us with good reviews and was super happy I found this place! He went over, they took a look, told us what was wrong and fixed it up without trying to sell him on anything like most other places do. Will definitely go here again for anything that pops up!

We had the best experience at this Auto Shop. We had our brakes go bad while visiting the area. We had two days to get them fixed. We drove up and had them look at them and told us what we needed done at a VERY reasonable price by the way. Brought it in the next day and had it within 4 hours. The owner Frank and his nephew were the nicest people. We would recommend this place to anybody.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. After beginning to do the maintenance myself and snapping off a lug nut, I took my car in to Sons and they fixed the lug nut AND installed all the parts that I needed for much cheaper than the big name company, that suggested the work in the first place. They even got it done on the same day.This was my first time taking my car to Sons, and Im definitely going to be going back.

Frank is an honest broker. Dropped the truck off and was fixed the same day. Will continue to use him as my mechanic while here in homestead to include letting every one in the workplace know of a straight shooting mechanic in the area. Cant say enough about Frank!

Wow so I called to get a quote on my brake pad change and told him how my lugnut is stripped he told me he refuses to work on it because someone else has worked on it before and he doesnt want to deal with it... that is your job you could have told me Id have to see it person but to refuse service because someone else has worked on it the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard!

Nothing but good things to say, A+ service! We got stranded in the keys late Sunday night and had to be towed back to our hotel in homestead. Googled local shops and they had the best reviews so I called. Frank, the owner, answered and he offered to come right to our hotel to look at it! Turns out a piston rod had failed, punched a hole in the block and we needed a new engine. He called around and found us a really good deal on a low mileage used engine, the same day. Had us back on the road within the week. He even picked me up from my hotel when the car was done. Thanks Frank 👍🏼
