I would put a 0, but I had to put something in order to write this. This is a new google account too, because they has so many bad reviews before. July 2019....Absolute worst experience in all the years we have been going to Homer. Booked and paid a deposit the first week of May for the third week of July, and we had to call 10 days before arrival to confirm because we had heard nothing from them. Fast forward to two days before rental, and the boat is not even in Homer, it’s in Sterling for repairs. Promised it would be in Homer on time, so I guess we were supposed to be the test dummies to drive the boat first after repairs, as it wasn’t set to arrive per Phyllis until 5am. Then the day before rental at 4:30pm she calls to change the time to meet at the boat for the third time, then proceeds to just cancel because we called her out on how shady it was all seeming. Tells us she had issued a refund at that moment, and here we are a week later and still no refund. Would never recommend to anyone!! They put out two families the day before rental who had spent thousands to be there that weekend just for this rental.

The Hewescraft was great. We were able to catch our limit every day. The owners were very easy to work with and made the experience pleasurable. I highly recommend Homer Boat Rentals.
