Cease and Desist letter for posting a google review. 🙄]NOT the original review, but, needless to say I was utterly dissatisfied with my representation and would not only NEVER recommend this firm, but I urge people to look elsewhere.I also don’t understand how a review [“the act of judging or assessing a person or situation or event”], a description of *facts, events and opinions* as I experienced them as a paying customer and client, in my own words, under my own name, about actual, documented proceedings, can be considered “defamation”. But, I’m not a lawyer. And I’m not about to hire the Sallah Law Firm to advise me.So, since Google won’t allow zero star reviews, I suppose you could say that the one star I was forced to give the Sallah Law Firm is for the fact that they are indeed lawyers, and have the basic skills necessary to threaten law suits. To their own clients.Let that stand as evidence of their nature as a firm.You may think: “Client’s interests are clearly not a concern for the Sallah Law Firm.” Maybe, you might speculate; “Rather than remedy a situation, the Sallah Law Firm will just try preventing you from sharing your painful experience with others.” Or: “This person was very unhappy with the result and outcome after being represented by the Sallah Law Firm.” It is also possible that you’re thinking: “Iced tea is better than lemonade. Okay so if you expect to ever meet Mr. Sallah, DONT HIRE HIM! If you ever expect to get him on the phone more than once a month (or less at times) DONT HIRE HIM!!! If you think his paralegalis going to help you DONT HIRE HIM! If you expect your messages to ever be returned in a timely fashion DONT HIRE HIM!HOWEVER IF YOU EXPECT NONE OF THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS, AND YOU WANT TO JUST PAY HIM FOR THE ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM, EXTREMELY BASIC LEGAL SERVICES THEN BY ALL MEANS HES YOUR GUY!I however DO expect calls to be returned, I DO expect updates as agendas progress (I understand people get busy, but your paralegal is paid to do something, she can I bet operate a phone too), I DO expect descent customer service, I DO expect receptionists to not be complete morons.Perhaps my basic expectations are too high.....if this is how he runs his firm or how his firm operates as a whole then I will NEVER give a positive referral on him/ them. Additionally when my colleges, co-workers, friends and family ask if I could recommend anyone for any type of legal matter I will start by say first let me tell you who NOT to use, and this is why.I am the type of person who hates giving bad reviews, I would much rather lift people up as opposed to tearing them down, but my experience with Mr. Sallah and crew has been absolutely horrifying and I hope ALL that read this please consider my words before even wasting your time on a consultation.
