Trust all the negative reviews mine is no different. I had some very negative dialogue with one person over the phone. Their whole vibe is unprofessional and honestly the technician who came to my home did not do a complete diagnosis. I have worked in customer service for years trust me their days are numbered. They wont be around much longer. ----------------- OK as of today I noticed that they replied to my negative review. Skip down below to see their reply. Here now I respond to their response: YOUR RANT IS BIZARRE! To suggest there was a gender issue is just a lie... Read your other reviews folks... The all capitals makes you appear unprofessional and child like. Your other reviews speak to the community. Calling me names is infantile. PS I decided to buy an inverter board in addition to the Mother board. It took 5 min for each to install and my fridge is working perfectly. NO PROGRAMMING BY ANYONE - Bottom line, I wanted you to come and diagnose my fridge. You did not. I was never told what was wrong with it. You should stop responding to negative reviews, it makes you look foolish. Try getting positive reviews. What a concept.

$485 to basically put a few screws back in a dryer. Whined about the heat in the utility room, charged for hardware that was a few screws he took out of a jar. This yutz claimed he was giving me a break on the price- senior discount? I see now why this scammer isnt registered with the BBB. I blame myself for picking a name out of a book. Dont make the mistake I did.

Do Not use this company! They came Charged us 800 dollars up front cashed the check as soon as they left. They came back with the part after defrosting our fridge 2 days and still the problem was not fixed the temp kept going up and down. We called to have him come back and it took them 2 days to even call us back! He came back and sure enough it was two other new problems that were not covered from the first repair he quoted us 1100.00 after we just spent 800.00. We called another company the part that was repairs was hanging and not put in correctly after spending 800 it was still broken They defrosted the fridge with some kind of blow dryer and we didn’t have to empty our fridge at all They fixed the problem for 180.00 when this company told us 1100. They are thief’s You will be sorry if you call them!

SCAM ALERT! They stole my money!After I called them for an emergency repair of the fridge and oven they were all too happy to cash that check and take $1100 from me. They were arriving on Friday with the understanding that I need the fridge part fixed by Saturday, they said THAT WOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE. On Friday evening the tech comes 2 hours late, fixes it and leaves quickly. 2 hours later I see the fridge not only NOT cooling (still) but now I have a major leak in the basement because the tech messed up the water line connection and it was leaking down to basement. I called them same evening (late) and was told that the technician would arrive in the morning, maybe between 8-9am.At 8:15am next morning I call to check on it and I am met with guy named Dan saying the following right off the bat to me if you call one more time I will tell him (the tech) to come after weekend! Seriously! The weirdest thing is that this guy was on the phone with me late last night trying to help with the leak issue and the last words we spoke to each other were polite Goodnights followed by thanks for trying to help, so I am not sure if I was confused with someone else or of the guy has some serious interpersonal communication issues. Needless to say this went only more downhill from here.They kept changing the time from 8 to 9:30, to 11:30, to1:47 (specifically, according to GPS the tech had) and so on. The guy showed up in the evening.HE (James) STILL DID NOT FIX IT. He said I would be refunded and that Dan who gave such horrible service to me is just another technician, but when I would call back and asked for Pete the general manager, he was never there.I called again today asking about my refund and the zesty woman on the phone said they will offer me $100 refund only lol as rest went toward the fridge.After all this I wanted second opinion so I called another repair service and the guy could not stop laughing that they did not know the compressor was broken and instead they tried to fix something else. Absolute joke!I will be following up with a police report for the theft and also BBB as well as State Attorney General office and lastly will be filing small claims case in Long Island, but boy oh boy, STAY AWAY FROM THOSE SCAMMERS, DO NOT PAY BY CHECK!

The most horrific, outrageous experience ever. From the point of the initial phone call to managers, these people have no right being in business...abhorrent and reprehensible behavior towards customers. From abusive dialogue to actually hanging up on you, of course, after they have your money and they are a total ripoff. They will take your money, make you promises and not deliver. I am giving one star and would give less if that was possible. If you dont want to take my word, I challenge you to find ONE positive review. I am sorry I didnt do my homework before ordering from them. RUN, DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! No one should be treated as badly as these people treat all their customers.

Wish I read the reviews beforehand. Thieves and liars. Do NOT use this company. They do bad business. They will steal that $160 service charge. That’s their hustle. No repair. Just a bunch of service calls they make $160 cash for. Total scam. I’m calling better business bureau and dept of consumer affairs.

Our refrigerator broke down. Serviceman told my wife that it would be wiser to repair our Frigidaire than replace it because, They dont build them like that anymore. This man made two service calls, and charged her a four figure sum (which she wont reveal to me). He was surly to her and installed several costly parts. Our allegedly repaired refrigerator-freezer worked OK for about a week then became unable to do either.This was far and away the worst service Ive ever seen by any company,and Ive seen many instances of wretched service. This was a typical scam, in which a homemaker unfamiliar with how things work is gulled into paying a lot for nothing!
